"Men! Sasha, you should have seen him, all red and blushing when he asked me out to the dance, I'm so excited." Rexy said at lunch
Sasha smiled. Rexy was her friend since 4th grade. She really enjoyed her company, no dull moment with her.
Rexy was beautiful and girly. A typical example of a girl. Unlike her.
"I'm so happy for you.!" Sasha said to her..
"I know, right?" Rexy said and chuckled. "So, who are you going to the dance with?"
Sasha laughed heartily
"Do you really need to ask that? I'm obviously not going to the dance! I have more important things to do with my time, you know." She said honestly.
"Come on, Sasha. You need a break! I know your dad's not well and you have a tight schedule but you really need to loosen up a bit." Rexy said placing a hand on Sasha's shoulder.
Sasha rolled her eyes "Great! I'd rather go to the spar than to the dance! Rexy, you should know that."
Rexy took up her drink and took a sip
"Seriously? Sasha? Hill's Den cute guys are asking you out and you're really declining? What is wrong with you?"
"I can't dance!" Sasha said sincerely "I don't want to...embarrass myself that day" She added and rested her chin on her palm.
"Awww... I'll teach you." Rexy offered
"No! I..." Sasha gasped looking past Rexy.
"What?" Rexy asked and turned to see what Sasha saw that made her gasp.
It was Wayne. Coming their way with his tray of food.
"N.. Nothing." Sasha stuttered looking away.
Rexy looked at her and a knowing smile dominated her lips..
"Somebody has a crush on the badboy." She teased.
Sasha's eye widened an angle.
"A c... You got that wrong baby, really wrong." Sasha said. It wasn't even Wayne that caught her attention, it was the watch on his wrist. Really expensive and damn! It was pure gold.
As he approached their table, Sasha knew she needed that watch. She could sell it and get up to a hundred dollars.
"Yeah, you do! Why else did you gasp? He took your breath away, didn't he?" Rexy accused.
She rolled her eyes as she calculated with her head the angle she would hit her glass of milk. She conciously took a sip of the milk and dropped the glass close to the table's edge.
"Come on, Rexy. Snap out of it. You know I don't crush that easily. And besides, Wayne is not a kind of guy you can crush on." Sasha said honestly.
"Yeah, you're right. I'm sorry for him though." She said
Sasha knew it was time to create the distraction because Wayne was about to cross their table.
Sasha laughed loudly and hit the milk off the table with her hand.
The milk spilled on Wayne's boots and the glass crashed to the floor.
Wayne stopped and glared at his boots as he dropped his tray at their table to pay attention to the boots
"What the heck is wrong with your brainless head!" He yelled angrily.
"Oops... I'm sorry." Sasha said simply not taking her eyes off the watch.
Rexy leaned on both her palms, staring at Wayne, dreamily.
"Oh, she's so sorry... Just a little clumsy most times." She said sweetly.
Wayne groaned.
"What the fuck am I going to do to my boots.?" He asked nobody in particular
Sasha reached and grabbed his wrist and dragged him towards her.
"Let me see that." She said ignoring the look of disgust on his face.
She pretended to study the mess on his boots
She let go of his hand and folded her hands. "Go to the restroom and wash it off! What do you expect me to do? Lick it off." She said rolling her eyes.
Rexy gasped and signalled to Sasha to be cool.
Wayne glared at her face. He opened his mouth to say something but shut it again and just took his tray and stomped out of there muttering something like  'just to stay away from detention'.
Sapsha grinned triumphant, feeling the watch beneath her palm.. Genius Sasha genius.
"That could have gone bad!" Rexy said looking at her accusingly.
Sasha's heart raced a bit. Did Rexy see her take the watch? Did she know her plan?
"What?" Sasha asked after a gulp.
"He could have beaten you up! You messed his boots and spoke rubbish to him on top of it! Did you even realize who that was? Wayne! Heather!"
Sasha let out a sigh of relief. At least, she didn't know.
She scoffed.
"Yeah right! It was accidental, not like I felt like doing it!" She lied with a roll of her eyes.
"Of course, you didn't! Just stay away from him, he could hurt you." Rexy adviced.
"Yeah, right! I should be telling you that you know. I saw you drooling while he was here." Sasha said with a smile.
Rexy blushed
"Yeah, you caught me. Who wouldn't anyway." She said with a shrug.
"True, he's cute. He needs to free up." Sasha agreed.
"He needs a girlfriend." Rexy added
"And you would love the role." Sasha said.
Rexy giggled.
"Who wouldn't?!"
