Lil AN: sooo, this is kinda a long chapter BUT stuff does start to go down ;) so yah enjoy!!

The days leading up to the 'ball' you did absolutely nothing.

Barley left your house, didn't fight any monsters, stayed in bed, played games, you get the gist of it.

Although, you did end up calling Tatsumaki (Terrible tornado) and Puri (Puri puri prisoner) to ask them what they would be wearing to the ball.

Tatsumaki wasn't bothered and said she'd wear what she could find 'or something', then got cut off by a call from the hero association. They always seemed to bother her with monsters, which always made you feel bad for her.

After Tatsumaki, you called Puri and you both spoke for hours about it and he managed to make you more excited than you were before about going. Which was one of his special talents.

Night had come around and you felt like going on a walk to freshen yourself up a bit before going to a mission like tomorrow's.

It was quiet. Calming.

Definitely what you needed!

You felt the air swoop past you and the moons light gleam down on you. It made you features look more beautiful and angelic than usual.

He thought that, the person who'd been watching you, that is. They wouldn't usually stalk someone so much, but they just couldn't get you off their mind.

The watcher found out about this ridiculous idea the hero association came up with, some masquerade ball.

Just the thought of stuck up heros enjoying their time together and praising themselves over nothing sickened the man. All they were good for was entertainment purposes, like clowns.

Yet, the person in the shadows would attend this ball. Yes they would be going to reek vengeance on these heros for what they do, but they'd also be going for you.

They came to accept who you were and knew you where a famous and strong hero. Of course you'd be at the ball, and probably looking more gorgeous than ever.

He could forgive your job, he could practically forgive anything you do. You were special to them, always have been since the two of you were kids.

The person watching from a distance was far too lost in thought to notice how far you had walked on. You were out of sight, with your figure moving further away from their eyes.

Your walk had taken around 10 minutes until you ended up outside your apartment complex once again.

You took slow steps up the stairs, enjoying your last moments outside for the night.

Once you got upstairs and into your little flat, you got yourself ready for bed and fell into a deep and needed slumber under your sheets.

Although, a small dream disrupted you sweet rest. A dream you unfortunately forgot once you rose. The memory was far at the back of your mind.

A tall, teenage silver haired boy was by your side. His smile, his eyes and his voice brought you deja vu.

"Remember me?" Was all that he said.

His voice soft like clouds when spoken to you.

As soon as the silver haired man with bright yellow eyes appeared, he was gone again. The memory of the dream lingering until your eyes opened at sun rise.

The birds chirping on the trees outside your window caused you to fully wake up. You brought yourself to your feet and stretched.

In the middle of your breakfast, which consisted of two slices of toast and fresh juice, you remembered of the mission you had that day.
