(Esther's Point of View)
Today is the day. The day of the Wedding. Irina woke me up and put a finger to her lips, telling me to be silent. She tried to take me out of the room, but I had to write Nate a note, so he knew I was okay.
Nate,
Irina took me this morning, since technically it's tradition to not see each other before the ceremony. Don't worry though, I will be with Irina. I can't wait to see you today.
Your Angel, Esther
I took off my ring and left it on the nightstand, where Nate would see it. We went directly to the venue. It was beautiful. We were ushered into my dressing room and given breakfast, croissants which were really good. First I downgraded to a white silky robe and Irina did my hair. She did a half up half down hairstyle and curled everything with some silver jewelry in my hair. Next she did my makeup, first she did my eyes, she did a soft smoky eye, then she put on primer, foundation, and concealer. While the setting powder was baking, she did my eyebrows. She dusted off the excess powder, she did my contour, blush, and bronzer. Finally she did my highlight and lips. Once done she turned me around and I gasped, I looked beautiful. After an hour or so, there was a knock at the door. Irina went to see who it was, then opened the door.
It was Mom. I went and hugged her. "You look so beautiful, Esther!" I smiled and I had tears in my eyes. "No! Don't cry honey!" I smiled and laughed. Together, they helped me get into my dress. There was another knock at the door. Irina looked at who it was and said, "Nathaniel, you know you can't see her yet!" He responded softly and said, "I know, can I just talk to her please? Even through the door?"
They sighed and nodded. I opened the door slightly ajar and put my hand out, which he quickly grabbed. I had my body on the door so he couldn't see me and I couldn't see him. "Esther, today is our day, okay? I can't wait to see you and I know you'll look beautiful, you look beautiful everyday. You know I love you. Would you pray with me?" I told him I would and he began. "God, Thank you for giving us the strength to get to today. Please let this ceremony go swimmingly with little to no incidents. Thank you, Amen." He let go of my hand and I closed the door.
A little while later, there was another knock on the door. Irina opened the door to reveal George. He was in a deep teal suit with a burnt orange tie with brown accents around the orange. "Esther; you look beautiful." I smiled and thanked him. He took my arm in his and began to escort me.

I hated being away from Esther, but it was tradition. I walked down the aisle, then was the ring bearers, then the flower girl tossing the flower petals as she walked. Next was my favorite. My beautiful wife, being escorted by Georgie. She was absolutely beautiful. I could tell she was nervous, but she focused on me and her nervousness dulled a bit. Once she got to me, I took her hand in mine and she wiped a tear away from my face. "You look absolutely beautiful, darling."

When I began to walk, I got so nervous, until I saw Nate. He looked so handsome. He had the dark teal suit, but the difference between his and all the other men was he had a brown vest on. He teared up, I never thought he would.
The officiant came up and began the speech. "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to join this beautiful couple in matrimony. They met at an off chance at a coffee shop, even though they met only months ago, they are ready to unite as one today."
"Marriage should last a lifetime, no matter what comes along. The vows you will soon recite, should be from the heart. Esther, please recite yours now." I took a deep breath, then began.
"Nate, Today is a very special day. Long ago, you were just a dream and a prayer. As I stand beside you at this moment, I know you are the one for me. When I am with you everything else fades to the background. Nate, I love you and I can't thank you enough for being you. Standing by my side through my shortcomings and embracing my strong suits. I love you Nathaniel."
Everyone awed then the officiant said, "Nathaniel please recite yours now." He squeezed my hand, took a deep breath, then began. "Esther, A chance meeting led to this beautiful moment. They say love is like magic and I couldn't agree more. I vow to hold your hand every day and to never let us lose our spark. I vow to always do Friday Date Nights with you. I will always care for you and protect you. I will lay down my life for you, Esther. You are my guide to love, my every wish, and the person I want to grow old with. In all the world, there is no heart for me like yours. There is no love for you like mine. I love you, Forever and Always."
There was not a dry eye in the area. Next was the ring exchange. I went first and gave Nate his ring. He smiled and looked at it for a moment, then he put mine on. Once done, the officiant told us to seal the deal, so we did. Nate took his arm, put it on my lower back, and pulled me into him and kissed me. We heard a lot of cheering and we parted. We closed with a blessing for our marriage.
We were the first to leave the ceremony as tradition. We went to my dressing room to get dressed for the reception. Nate gave me a kiss and said, "Esther, I loved your vows and the ring you got me, it's perfect!" I smiled and laughed. I put on different shoes, then we headed to the ballroom.
The night ended around midnight. We went to a hotel for the night. The first thing Nate did was help me out of my dress. I could tell that he was struggling with all the buttons, but not once did he complain. Once it was off, I got into one of his shirts, then I helped him with his tie since he was struggling. I knew that he drank a little bit tonight, but he never faltered, was only sweet to me.

Today was perfect. Esther was absolutely beautiful. Her dress was amazing, I couldn't have imagined her in anything else; and her vows.. They were perfect. I was near crying the entire ceremony. Our first dance was beautiful. I could tell she was nervous, but I took the lead.
Once we were in our hotel room for the night, I had to do my final duty, the hardest one of all. Helping Esther take off her dress. She turned around and I saw the button trail of death. There were 40 buttons. Each one took a few minutes, and by the end, my hands were cramping. Once it slipped off, I sighed in relief. She took the rest of the dress off and she stepped out in her slip. I hung up her dress as she crawled into bed, exhausted.
