Part 1 (One Page):
"I write like I'm running out of time. The clock is always ticking down. I know that one day I won't be here anymore, so I write in the hopes that someone will tell my story. I write down my thoughts, hoping that someone will recognize my value. I hope that my writings will send me to my future. I hope to become a lawyer one day, and an advocate for equality. So I pray to any and all gods for help on my journey. I can only hope for recognition."
"When I enter highschool, I hope to get all A's. On all possible assignments, 100%. I plan to spend hundreds of hours volunteering. Volunteering in soup kitchens, homeless shelters, senior folks homes, and picking up trash. I want to take rigorous AP classes, and participate in dual enrollment. I will take all possible tests as many times as possible. Every SAT and PSAT, and I will study for the LSAT my whole life. Why?"
"Because..."
"I have a dream."
Part 2 (One Page):
"I am willing to sweat, and cry, and bleed for this dream that I have. This dream?"
"I want to prosecute, and outside of the courtroom uphold "all men are created equal"."
"I want to attend Harvard, and use my education to speak out against the injustices of this world."
"I want to teach others, but in a different way."
"I want to create a system that educates so that people like people we have today aren't created in the first place."
"I want to contribute."
"I want to grow."
"I want my story to be told as a person who made the fight for equality a little bit easier."
"Our constitution was bulletproof, if people had followed the foundation it laid out."
"I want to be remembered."
"I want to help. I want to use my talents for good."
