Chapter 29: Tiny

At noon, Mr Gold knocked on the Charming's loft door and Emma answered, "Ready to go, Miss Swan's?" Mr Gold asked.

"Almost!" Elaine called out.

Mr Gold walked in and saw Henry and Julia entering the room with a bag each and their coats, "Do you think we'll be cold where we're going, or warm?" Henry asked.

"I think layers are always a good idea," Elaine said.

"I thought the terms of our agreement were quite clear. You two and Katelyn owe me a favour, you three alone," Mr Gold said.

Elaine looked at him, "I'm not leaving them here with Cora lurking about, so either the four of us go, or the four of us stay," Elaine said.

Katy walked in with Faye, "I'm fine with it... Need more support to meet the brother I was meant to be killed for," Katy said as she walked over to Henry and Julia and the three of them hugged.

"You okay?" Julia asked.

"I am... Your hugs make me feel so much better when I'm missing my fiance," Katy said and the Mills twins hugged her again and she smiled returning the hug,

"Never going to live that down am I?" Mr Gold asked.

"Probably not, Papa," Faye said as she perched herself on the dining table.

"Then, we'll have to purchase another plane ticket, won't we?" Mr Gold said and glanced at Faye.

"I'm paying for it... Your deal," Faye said.

Katy looked at her father, "So you're paying," Katy said.

Mary Margaret walked over to Henry and helped him with his coat as Katy helped Julia, "I've never heard of anyone controlling your father the way you two with your words," Mary Margaret said.

"It's a matter of confidence and knowledge... Oh and being respected by the man," Katy said.

"Wait. We're flying?" Elaine questioned.

"Don't worry, I'm covering expenses. Even the new ones," Mr Gold said as he glanced at Henry and Julia.

David overheard and walked down the door, "You're a real gentleman, aren't you?" David said as he handed Emma a bag and Henry his scarf.

"Where's your stuff?" Faye asked as she looked at Elaine.

Elaine pointed to the bag behind her and Faye looked behind her, "There. David brought it down earlier... For some reason," Elaine said.

"Just trying to do the fatherly thing I presume, or trying to stay out of trouble," Faye said with a smile and Elaine chuckled softly.

David stood in front of Mr Gold, "Alright, Gold, you're going out there with my family. Just know, if anything happens to them..." David said.

"Then you'll what? Cross the town line? And David Nolan will hunt me down in his animal rescue van?" Mr Gold said.
