1- Always wear your uniform. The aides will not see you if you do not wear the uniform

2- Never go into the washrooms alone. Bring somebody with you.

3- After 8:00 PM, do not leave the east wing. The aides or other things WILL find you.

4- If you hear a child crying, DO NOT investigate. You won't find anything except trouble.

5- Don't go into the consultation room without permission, the aides might have not cleaned it.

6- If you see a figure while you are sleeping, do not leave your bed, go back to sleep. It is just a dream

7- The Aides will not help you after the lights go out.

8- Do not leave your dorm after the lights go out.

9- If you see a room padded in white mattresses, DO NOT GO IN.

10- If you spot a hole, or mark on the wall, do not clean or even touch it. The aides will take care of it.

11- ALWAYS avoid holes on the floor

12- If the lights go out during dinner, ignore all illusions and find a dorm.

13- If you are brought to Arachna, there are no worries. It is just to help you.

14- Do not try to exit the Arachna Haven Gate

15- Arrive to breakfast and dinner on time. If you do not eat, you might see illusions.

16- At night, always lock the door of your dorm.

17- If you see a patient with a red bracelet, GO TO THE MAIN HALLS.

18- Don't trust other patients.

19- The safest place you can be is in the bunker.

20- If you hear a phone ringing, ignore it. It's not for you.

21- NEVER touch the other patients. You never know what could happen...

22- Avoid the North Wing at all times, that is the children's room, and they are more dangerous than they seem...

23- If you see a ghostly figure, stay as still as possible for them not to see you.DO NOT RUN. They will find you.

24- The paintings never dry. Do NOT touch them.

25- Although the flowers are pretty, DO NOT EVER PICK THEM. They will stay with you forever.

26- If anyone asks you to tea, politely decline and walk the other way. If they follow you, run. Go to the washrooms for safety and turn on the sinks

27- There is safety in numbers. Take a person with you wherever you go.
