After you apologized to Ayaka for crying all over her dress you said your goodbyes with thoma and Ayaka and headed home , but as you were about to enter your house, you noticed something from the corner of your eyes. You saw that same playground , where it all started.

You decided to head towards that playground and hang around there a bit.

As you approached the playground you couldn't believe your eyes , it seemed as if you saw Young Chongyun and Xingqiu playing near the slide , like they always used to. Tears were slowly running down your eyes again , you missed them, you wanted to see them again , you wanted to tell them everything, you needed them.
Soon enough they vanished , you tried to grab the illusion of Chongyun but he just slipped through your fingers.

But you felt a pair of hands hug you from behind

"Y/n! Are you okay? Why are you crying! Was it Scaramouche?"

As you turned around to see FUCKINF Ed sheran I mean Childe behind you

"How do you.. why do you think it's Scaramouche..?"

"I'm going to be honest y/n , I have been keeping a eye on Scaramouche because of the orders I received , I noticed he was always not far away from a crime scene when a death would happen, I just realized that it was him , he killed them."

"Well Childe , your right it was him , he told me everything he told me how he killed them , how many times he stabbed them , what death threats he sent to people it makes me sick till the stomach, I can't take it Childe! I think he's gonna come for you now! And I don't want to loose you! Your the only one left , the only one who wasn't killed yet"

As Childe looked at y/n shocked , little did y/n know that Childe has done things similar to what Scaramouche did to the other but he did it to others who tried to flirt with y/n.
