Chapter 8

Beth's POV

Zoe paced the bridal suite as her nerves kicked in. Her mother calmed her down and led her to the double doors which entered the room of which she was going to be named Mrs Deyes. Graham (Zoe and Joe's dad) took over from Tracey (Zoe and Joe's mum) and linked arms with Zoe. "Alright Beth?" He asks turning around. "As always" I smile. Me, Zoe, Hannah and Poppy exchange looks when the double doors open, revealing Alfie in the middle with Joe by his side. The crowd diverts their attention our ways as Zoe strides gracefully down the aisle, us following her. She eventually meets Alfie and I go and stand next to Joe. He entwines our fingers and runs his thumb over my hand. I smile to myself when they are granted husband and wife. Joe moves his hand from mine and places it around my shoulder as we walk out of the room, following Zoe and Alfie into the small garden outside. I realise that I have all that I could ever want. a perfect life and a perfect boyfriend.

Oli's POV

Mine and Hannah's hands lock untill we have to move to get a 'mates' picture. We all cram into the shot and the guys stand behind the girls and wrap their arms around their waist, obviously Zoe and Alfie in the middle. Before the shot is taken Hannah turns her head and pecks me on the cheek. I have the greatest girlfriend in the world, however I'm not sure Joe would agree since he is having a make out session with Beth. Zoe shouts at him to stop and then when he pulls apart from Beth his cheeks turn bright red.

The photographer asks everyone to smile as she takes the photo. The second photo she wants us to pose for is the guys staying in the same position and the girls kissing our cheeks.

Joe's POV

As Beth kissed my cheek I tightened my grip on her waist. Something about knowing she was mine comforted me so much.

Beth's POV

Two hours later I found myself dancing with Hannah and Zoe. A girl approaches me. She has long blonde hair and a short slutty dress on that finishes just past her butt. She pulls me aside so I'm not on the dance floor and starts giving me loads of shit about Joe being 'hers', she slaps me across the face and I choose not to retaliate but then a man steps in. 'If you don't stop giving my girlfriend hassle Zoe and Alfie will kick you out, I'm one of Zoe's friends and Leah is as well' Leah smirks behind him. "I'm dating her brother" their faces fall and Alfie and Joe rush over. "I think it would be best if you too leave, you're no friends of mine or Zoe's, at least not now" Joe engulfs me into a hug as I cry into his shoulder. He pulls me off him and sees my cheek is red. He pulls me back into his chest and sits down on the chair. "Tell me what she said babe" my sobs fade and I control my breathing before replying "She told me I was fat and worthless. She said you were 'hers'". Joe shakes his head in reponse. "I was never 'hers'. She liked me for years and used Zoe to get to me. She wasn't even invited here. You are none of the things she called you" he caressed my shoulder. "What am I then?" I question "you're my beautiful girlfriend and I'd never ask for anything more. I could be poor and living on the streets and still be loving life when I have you. You are all I want and need" my smile grows and Joe pulls me into a passtionate kiss.

Within two hours I'm fine and are dancing with all the 'youtube gang'. The sun is setting and we all head outside with ballons, ready to release them in the sky of which the sun was setting in. Tanya has her DLSR camera and she take a silohette picture of me and Joe kissing with his arm around me as I am holding the balloon we are letting off together. Tracey comes out and insists on taking a photo of the whole of the 'youtube gang' like Tanya did. We all stand in a line with all the guys with their arm around their girlfriend/wife's shoulder.

Soon the night ends and leaves me and Joe to retire to our room and say our goodbyes to family and friends.
