Because of the fans

Chapter 20

The water park opens and floods of people run in. We bag a seat by the main pool and you can feel the bass of the music blasting in your chest. Hannah and Oli take around half an hour to apply their sunblock and then they both insist on letting it 'sink in'. In result basically all the slides were packed so it took literally years to get to the top and at least two or three rides were shut simply because some kid pooped on the slide a kit had to be cleaned. I wasn't the greatest fan of these rides but nonetheless Joe refused to leave my side so it meant struggling to find the double mats so we can go down together but there was soon no more double mats.
The only slide we had left was the black whole and I had to go down by myself. Joe had said he'd catch me at the bottom so I was fine with that.
I push away from the latch and entered into the darkness and it's many twists and turns. It helped to close my eyes as tight as I could, knowing I'd get chlorine in my eyes when I got to the bottom and I'd imagine I was just in Joe's arms and he's messing about with me. I get to the end and the mat skims across the water. The mat comes from beneath me and I was still waiting for the familiar arms to wrap around me, my eyes still closed with all my strength. I feel two arms scoop me up and I wrap my arms around his neck and rested my head in his chest. At this point I knew it wasnt because I know his touch, as creepy as that sounds but there was a possibility that it could be Alfie or someone like that but much to my annoyance it turns out it wasn't. "Hey you!" I hear in the distance "that's my girlfriend" my body hits the surface of water which to be honest really hurt and before I know it. Joe and this random guy are standing over me screaming their faces off. Which Alfie then joins, then Oli, then Marcus, Caspar and you get the gist. I am eventually carried out of the small pool by Joe since the water park security had to come break everything up. I am placed back onto the sun bed that me and Joe now have to share after there was a shortage of dimness so everyone had to couple up except from Caspar, luckily the sun beds were quite big.

Alfie's POV:
After that fiasco involving my sister and brother in law we didn't really go on any slides. Zoë obviously couldn't anyway so all we ever did was hang around the pool and lay on the beds.
We all eventually got on the the mini bus that Caspar had ordered and you could tell it was the cheapest one he could get. It was unhygienic and dirty not to mention very bumpy. The driver barely spoke any English and we were running low on diesel. In front if me and Zoë are Joe and Beth. My sister'a is rested on his shoulder and his arm is wrapped around hers. She occasionally looks up to Joe around every five minutes and I think legit everyone knew they were deeply in love. As for me I was ecstatic. I had a beautiful wife and a healthy baby on the way. I had so much I am thankful for let alone the support I have been receiving from the viewers is just mind blowing.
The bus comes to a halt and everyone groans. The driver gets out and decides to ditch us so we're stranded on our own. We have no idea where anything is so the lads start pushing and by the time we get back to the villa everyone is shattered and the bus has turned into a mobile karaoke.

So this is a really short chapter and I felt like it was a really Craig chapter seen as it was a filler chapter and nothing really happened
