"Where the heck is papa when we need her?" Izuku groans in frustration as he helps Shouta down the stairs.

Shouta's scheduled cesarean isn't for another week, but the twins have made it quite clear that they're ready to arrive now.

"I can only get ahold of Auntie Nem," Akira says from her place in front of Shouta and Izuku. "She'll be here in ten minutes, and she said to keep trying to get ahold of papa before she ends up missing the birth."

Less than ten minutes later, Nemuri arrives to take Shouta to the hospital with all three kids piled in the back seat.

Another twenty curse word filled minutes later, the five of them arrive at Central Hospital where Shouta is whisked off to a Delivery Room. By some miracle, Hitoshi was the one to finally get Hizashi to answer her phone about half way between the house and hospital, and she arrives thirty minutes after they do still in her hero suit.

The nurses force Hizashi into a set of scrubs before allowing her back with Shouta leaving Nemuri, Izuku, Akira and Hitoshi in the waiting room. None of them know how long it's going to be before the twins are born, but they can't bring theirselves to leave. They want to be there to meet them as soon as the doctors say it's okay.

At some point after they arrived, Akira managed to call Ajisai, and she joins them a couple hours later extremely excited to meet her new nieces.

To pass the time, everyone plays on their phones, getting more and more anxious as time passes. They all know Shouta planned to have a cesarean since the doctor has to open him up for his hysterectomy anyways, but they aren't sure how everything is playing out since he went into labor early. Will they still operate now? Did they wait to start until Hizashi arrived? Are the twins going to be okay?

About four hours after Shouta arrived, everyone hears a loud scream that sounds like a baby crying, but with the volume dialed up by one hundred, and a nurse finally comes out another hour after that telling them they can go back, but only two at a time. Izuku and Hitoshi immediately start complaining that it's not fair that the three older siblings can't all go back together, but Akira just pushes them forward telling them that she'll go next with Aunt Ajisai. A minor argument almost starts about how she should go first since she's the oldest, but Akira holds firm in her decision to let her siblings go first. She feels it's only right that Hitoshi meets the twins first since they're the bio sibling, and she sends Izuku with them due to how much closer he is with Hitoshi than she is.

Izuku is almost bouncing off the walls in excitement. He's finally going to meet his little sisters, and, by the sound of things, at least one of them inherited Hizashi's quirk. It's going to be interesting to him getting to watch as they each grow into their quirks. He wonders if they both got the same quirk since they're identical, or if quirk genes work differently than normal genes.

Hitoshi enters the room first. They're nervous about handling the twins. Are their parents going to change their minds about their quirk now that the twins have been born? They push that line of thinking away quickly. Hizashi and Shouta wouldn't do something like that.

Hizashi is perched on the edge of the bed that Shouta is sleeping on and simply holds up a finger to request quiet. In her arms is one of the twins, so Izuku and Hitoshi get closer wondering what their sisters look like.

"This is Sakura," Hizashi whispers, still cradling the baby to her chest. "I can't put her down, or she'll start crying again. We might have to get everyone some ear plugs until she can control her volume a little better."

Hitoshi glances over to the two cradles not too far from the bed. They can't see anything in the occupied cradle except the blanket that their other sister is swaddled in. "What did you name the other one?"

"Himawari." Hizashi smiles. "I love flower names, and if we had been able to keep you back then, Hitoshi, your name would have been Ren."

Hitoshi grimaces. "I think I'm glad that you didn't get to name me."

Having watched plenty of videos on how to pick up and hold a baby, Hitoshi walks over to the cradle and gently picks Himawari up. They situate her the same way Hizashi is holding Sakura, and slowly walk back to the bed, careful to not drop her. Izuku watches as Hitoshi gently rocks her, and just as he's about to ask about the color of the girls' hair and eyes, Himawari opens her eyes to show a bluish grey color.

"Why don't her eyes look like yours or dad's?" Izuku asks completely confused.

Hizashi laughs quietly. "Most babies are born with blue eyes that eventually change to their final color by the time they turn a year old, so we won't know what color they'll have until they're a little older. Hitoshi was one of the few exceptions having been born with the same eye color they have now."

Sakura is eventually passed off to Izuku, and both babies get swapped between their older siblings until Hizashi sets Himawari back in her cradle and takes Sakura back suggesting that they swap out so that the others can meet the twins before visiting hours are over.

Before the pair of siblings leave the room, Izuku asks about the girls' family names since Shouta and Hizashi have separate family names.

"We decided to give them each a different family name. Sakura gets mine, and Himawari gets your dad's." Hizashi shooes her kids after speaking so that the other three in the waiting room can go in and meet the new additions to the Aizawa/Yamada household.

And that's the end of "Control." I can't believe I've managed to finish book two already.

Soon, I'll be starting on a short story about how Izuku gets One For All in this series, and after publishing that, I'll finally be able to start on Denki's story in "Electrify Me."

I hope everyone is enjoying "My Heroic Trauma" so far, and I can't wait to continue the series and see the reactions to each installment.
