Like Father Like Daughter

The Next Day

I woke up around 3 in the morning, I sighed to myself before I got up, I found a pair of sneakers and joggers and a sports bra, I pulled my hair into a ponytail, before I walked into the gym, I put my headphones on before I started to work out.

I felt some eyes on me, I turned around, I kicked Loki onto the floor "what the hell do you think you're doing?" i asked while  holding my hands onto my hips, I gave him a cold look "dont you know it's rude to sneak up on people!?"  He got up , I didnt move, despice of how tall he was, I just narrowed my eyes even more, hell i wasnt even scared of him, He looked down at me "you're a feisty little thing"  I rolled my eyes "well, you annoy me" I replied as i was about to walk off, he grabbed me by my arm, which made me pin him onto the floor "dont even dare to touch me again, understood?"  he nodded, I got up and turned my back to him, I saw Sam in the door frame, I glared at him as i passed by him, I felt his eyes following me, i didnt care if he liked me or not, as soon as i reached my room, I got into the tub, because i deserved a relaxed bath, people were annoying, who sneaks up on people anyways?.

When I came out and were all dressed, daddy was making breakfast with Morgan, daddy looked at me "don't you own more relaxed clothes? I thought we were going to have fun down in the workshop" I looked at him "fine let me go and change" I passed Bucky along with Steve, I didn't turn my head, Bucky looked at Steve "look at that ass on that Stark" Steve glared at him "you're lucky tony didn't hear that" daddy looked at them "I did, and don't even think about it, you two are to old".

I came out of my room again, the guys looked at me, "well, damn..." Sam said with a grin, I looked at him with a raised eyebrow, daddy cleared his throat "Sam... No" daddy said which made me smirk "seriously Stark, sure she might be a bitch...but she's just like you Tony..." I laughed "you're not wrong with the bitch part birdie" I said as I poured coffee into my mug "but I know my worth, and I don't fall just for anybody, who says nice words, words are words, nothing else" I said while looking at the guys "so daddy breakfast, then workshop, I got some ideas" he looked at Loki "why is it that no one told us that she's actually strong?" Loki finally said, I rolled my eyes, "stop that, you're hiding it, but why?" I glared at Loki, "greasy that's none of your businesses, now stay out of it..." I found my phone and looked at the stock market, I smirked "the company just went up daddy" Clint looked at me "well, it's been a while since I last saw you Maggie" I looked at him "yeah"they all looked at him "you knew about her?" he nodded "I was just shocked yesterday" while he was talking to them, I shook my head, and he knew I didn't want him to tell them about that the fact he along with other people had taught me combats fighting from when I was 14, after the accident, I refused to learn how to use arrows and a bow, I always shut my feelings down that was easier, a Stark doesn't cry.

After breakfast, I followed daddy downstairs into the work shop "so what do you think about the guys?" he asked, I shrugged my shoulders "to be honest? They're too curious, why in the holy fucking world would I tell them about that my kidnapping and that the fact, when you had paid them, they tried to burn the building down? I can't wear shorts or short skirts..." I said while sitting up straight not showing any emotions, we had only told Morgan that I had been attacked not the fact that someone who had kidnapped me also had tried to kill me, her and Steve stood on the stairs "someone tried to burn you?" she asked with a soft cracked voice, I gave Steve an angry look before I picked her up "It's long time ago, pumpkin, daddy got to me really fast" she nodded "okay mags" I glared at Steve, before I rolled my eyes at him "Idiot..." I brought her with me and sat down by the work table, daddy had me helping him, building some sort of suit, daddy forced Steve upstairs and went with him, I covered Morgans ears "ARE YOU CRAZY, THAT WAS A PERSONAL CONVERSATION I HAD WITH HER, NOW SHE'S NEVER GOING TO TRUST ANYONE OF YOU! SHE HATES WHEN PEOPLE PUT THEIR NOSES INTO WHAT DOESN'T CONCERN THEM, AND YOU JUST DID! MORGAN DIDNT KNOW, THE THING WE ONLY CALLED IT THE ACCIDENT, YOU...!" Steve were quiet "Morgan was looking for her, she's really attached to Maggie for some reason" Steve answered, I put my headphones onto Morgans head and turned the volume up and let her play her favorite songs, while daddy was yelling at Steve, which caught the other's attention, I gave Morgan a sign, that I was going to go and get us some Popsicles, she nodded and stayed on the seat, I ignored them all as I passed them, not even giving them any attention, even though I heard Steve apologizing, Sam called out for me, but I flipped them all off "you guys can kiss my motherfucking ass" I said as I returned to Morgan.

After they were done arguing daddy came back down and saw that I had isolated Morgans ears from the arguing, we continued to build the suit he had designed, he looked at me "daddy no, I'm no superhero, he sighed "I think you are, Just like Pepper was" he said while looking at me "that's Morgans dream to wear her suit, not me".

He put the suit together and looked at me "honey, don't say no before you're sure, it's going to be ready when you're ready" I rolled my eyes "right daddy... because I'm going to be ready out of nowhere, like a blink of an eye".

After he had put it together he showed "never say never" he said, I rolled my eyes "whatever daddy, just leave it down here" he nodded "at least I don't need to throw it out" he said with a smirk, trying to get me to smile "honey, they aren't going to make fun of you" I glared at him "oh and you that why?" he pointed at his arc reactor "they only think I'm an asshole which I'm fine with, because I'm richer and better anyway, and I'm the one who pays for everything" I nodded "can we get pizza for dinner, like we used to at movie nights? The idiots can join too as long I don't have to sit next to any of them" he chuckled, "sure honey".
