Athena's pov

"I asked how do you two know each other?" asked Lorenzo.

It appears I had been staring at him for too long.

Luca looked at me, like he was asking the same question, so I made a sign in my head saying like, 'no, don't say anything'. I think he got the memo because he didn't say anything.

"I think there is a lot you guys need to know, because I'm done lying to you, and by the way, for mafia leaders' you guys are terrible liars."

They looked shocked to say the least. I really wanted to laugh, but since this was an important matter, I started to sit down, and everyone was looking at me expecting an explanation except Damion.

And all at once they started asking questions, so I hit my hand in the table so that everyone would shut up, since that didn't work, I looked at Luca, he understood what I wanted and passed me his gun. So, like the humble person I am, I shot to the air.

And this time they all looked at me. "Now that you can finally pay attention to me, speak one at the time asking questions"

They looked at each other and Valente asked the question I was hoping he would make.

"Who are you?"

"My name is Athena, but you might know me as the Huntress. And no, I'm not here to kill you" I say with a smirk. I feel so smug looking at their shocked faces.

"How do we know you are telling the truth?" asked Lorenzo, with a suspicious look on his face.

I didn't have time to respond because did it for me.

"She is telling the truth, and great to see you Athena" said Luca with confidence, and a little smile.

"You too Luca. I didn't know you were the best friend that was coming for dinner" I said with my famous no-emotion face.

"We have known him our entire lives, and today he was around so we invited him" this time it was Alexandro, who had been quiet this entire time.

"If you are not here to kill us, then what are you doing here?" Victoria looked almost sad. She must think I was faking everything.

"I think you forgot you were the ones who adopted me. And no, I was not faking anything, I did like you, and was having fun. And yes, I did know who you were from the start. And the only reason you are not dead, is because I trust you guys enough to keep my secret, like I trusted Luca" I say with a small smile.

Victoria gets up and hugs me hard, like really hard, and says in my ear. "I feel even closer to you now. I hope one day you feel comfortable around me enough to call me mom, because I do feel like you are like my daughter. The daughter I never had and always wanted" She says, and I can tell she is smiling and crying a little.

"Thank you" I say, when she lets go. Then everyone comes hugging me, except Luca.

When they let go of me, I go to Luca and look him in the eyes, trying to see what he is feeling, and all I find is happiness.

"Since you are they're new sister, I think we are going to be seeing a lot of each other" I hate to admit it, but I love his smirk.

I give him one of my own and say "It appears we are".
