Dally's Little Sister

The Big News

*Dani's POV*

It's been a month now since that night. I still don't know how I'm going to tell soda. I'm just so scared. I went to the doctor yesterday and made an appointment for an ultra sound. It's in 3 days and I plan on telling soda before then. 

I got dressed since I had just woken up and went down stairs. Everyone was glued to the TV. Man do they love Mickey. I walked into the kitchen and saw Darry sitting at the kitchen table reading the newspaper. I sat down next to him.

"Darry can I ask you something?"

"Sure kid what's up?" he said as he put down his newspaper.

"Umm... Well... I'm... I mean my friend, she's pregnant, but is scared to tell her husband. She is worried he is going to leave her when he finds out."

Darry looked at me suspiciously then said, "Well if the guy really loves her than he won't leave her and if it's you we are talking about I will beat Soda if he leaves you Dani. You are a part of this family and families stick together no matter what okay?"

I smiles," okay, thanks Darry" I hugged him.

"Just make sure you tell him soon Dani, he needs to know."

"Okay Dar, thanks again." I said as I walked out of the kitchen and into someone's arms. I looked up to see Soda smiling down at me. He kissed me forehead. I needed to tell him right now. Without saying a word I grabbed his hand and pulled him outside and sat down on the porch.

A few tears slipped from my eyes and it worried Soda.

"Hey hey hey what's wrong Dani?" he asked as he wiped my tears away. He placed his hands on the sides of my face and I put mine on top of his.

"Soda promise to never leave me"

"I promise baby now please tell me what's going on. I'm worried."

"Soda I... we... you... I'm pregnant. You are going to be a father."

For a while soda's face showed no emotion but then when it did it was a huge smile. He pulled me into a big, tight hug.

"Baby that's awesome! It's amazing, we are going to be parents."

"Yeah soda we are" I said smiling

He pulled me into a long passionate kiss. He has never kissed me like this before, but I loved it. After we finished kissing we went inside and decided to tell the gang. Soda ended up telling them instead of me because he was just so excited. Everyone said congrats and hugged us. When dally had hugged me he told me he would always be here for me. When he said that it made me tear up, it was awesome to know that my brother is supporting me no matter what.

*2 Days Later*

Soda and I were sitting outside just looking up at the sky.

"Soda am I pretty?"

"No"

"Am I fat?"

"Yes"

"Do you want to be with me forever?"

"No"

"Would you cry if I walked away?"

"No"

I was about to cry when he said that, I sat up and was about to walk away when he grabbed my and turned me around so I could see him. He looked into my eyes.

"Dani you're not pretty, you're beautiful. The only thing fat about you is your heart. I don't want to be with you forever, I need to be with you forever. And baby I wouldn't cry if you walked away, I would die. I love you Dani."

Tears formed in my eyes when he said that. He pulled me into a tight hug and we stayed like that for what seemed like hours.

I'm so glad Soda is mine and that me and this baby boy or girl get to spend forever with him. He is going to be a great father.
