Chapter Five: Another Final Fight

Gwen POV

It's around nighttime that we finally arrived at the Collider. Peni located the Collider under neat Kingpin's penthouse located underground. So, we sneak our way in, and finally, we're here. Our atom starts jazzing again as we start having an episode of glitches for a few seconds. This can only mean bad news, we're way too long in this dimension that our body starts taking the damage. We need to go home soon or otherwise there will be some consequence. We make our way to the Collider, which is located on a dome underground wherein two each side of the dome there is this particle crasher that will fuse the dimension. We need to stop that from happening. When we arrived, the experiment was on its way and now we need to act fast.

We were hanging on the other side of the dome, "Peter, you don't have to stay behind. I can do it." I offer him a chance to go home. Because I know Peter has a lot of things that he will regret not doing.

"It's okay. I've made up my mind." He says before he swings to the middle of the dome before we follow doing the same.

"The console should be right at the top middle of this dome," Peni told Peter where he should put the goober to stop the Collider and open the portal for their way home.

Just as soon as we land Peter told everyone, "I'll put the goober in and take over the beam. After you're gone, I'll blow it up. Good luck, guys." He was about to enter the goober to the USB port when suddenly our spider-sense is tingling.

"They know we're here."

Doc Ock's tentacle arms then stop Peter from injecting the goober and pinning him down to the wall.

"Nice to see you again, Peter." With a smug on her face, she laughs.

We were about to rush and help Peter when Kingpin's man suddenly emerges from below and try to shoot us with their gun. There are too many of them for us to ignore, but we also need to help Peter.

"Go take them out! I help, Peter." (Y/n) said before he dives at Doc Ock and attack her.

Me and the rest then move the Kingpin's man and take them all out.

"These guys are the pits." Just after I take one down another coming and they keep coming back.

After we took most of them down, the Scorpion and Tombstone join the fight.

Scorpions are jumping down at Peni and keeping her busy while Tombstone fights with Noir and Spiderham. The rest of the Kingpin men are pointing their guns at me, and I'm forced to take cover. I look at Peter and (Y/n) who were in the pinch as Doc Ock managed to capture them.

"Oh, no!" How in the world that she even manages to do that?

Doc Ock looks at her prey, "Any last words?"

"Can I get a minute to think about it? You have a pen?" Peter said as he struggles to free himself from her.

"I'm going to put some dirt in your eye!" (Y/n) then managed to free one of his hands and shoot his web shooter right at Doc Ock's face. But before it hits her, one of her tentacle arms block it and lock (Y/n)'s arms.

"Goodbye, Spiderman." The Doc then was about to finish them when suddenly an invisible fist punches her head.

"Argh!" She shrieks in pain as the punch keeps striking her.

"Who did that!?" Her tentacles arms were to occupy with (Y/n) and Peter that she didn't have anything to guard her.

And then a web starts shooting from this invisible air only to reveal that it was Miles, he turns visible and strikes Doc Ock right in the face. The hit release the grip from (Y/n) and Peter.
