1. They can speak a lot of languages, if one is their native language, then they can speak them without learning, but if one is a foreign language to them, they will have to learn them.
they know and can speak languages that are even only have a few speakers, as long as there are existing speakers, they will never forget how to say the language, and they can still learn them back after they forgot.
2. I don't know if I made it clear or not but besides of being their own citizens, they appeared more in the form of their true self (but still looks like ordinary humans)
