At First Sight (Ryeji AU)

It's 8:00 am and Yeji is getting ready for her so called date. She's ready with her purple crop top and her black high waste that made her look younger. Her hair is in natural way falling down her shoulders and back. Now she looks like the younger version of her.

She put light make up on and when she's ready to get going, she took a quick glance from her mirror and finally descended downstairs as she gets ready to leave.

Selena already texted her that she left early before she woke up so she's been alone this morning.

The brunette quickly made her way to the car after she locked the house. She got inside her car and started up the engine before she pulled her car along the road and drove of towards the location where she and Lourence are going to meet.

She's getting much excited to have her date but she's also nervous. She had no idea what's gonna happen today with Lourence but she just hope everything gets well and enjoyable.

After 15 minutes ride, Yeji pulled the car over and parked it properly before she hopped out of the car and slammed it behind her.

Yeji starts to tense up once she starts walking inside the same coffee shop where she met Lourence. The brunette entered the store while bitting her lips anxiously. She roamed her eyes around hoping that Lourence is already there.

She expected him to be late, but she spotted the guy across the room on his table alone standing and waving towards her.

She gasped once she saw the man patiently waiting for her. She just offered a small wave and a smile before she started walking towards the man.

"Hi, I'm glad you came. Thank you for meeting me." Lourence politely uttered with his deep voice.

"You're welcome. I'm glad to see you again." Yeji smiled to him.

"You look beautiful Yeji." The man said as he appreciated her stunning look with his beautiful electric blue eyes.

She felt flutter and shyly smiled lowering her head before she glanced back up to the man. This time, she felt like blushing.

"Thanks, you don't look bad yourself." She replied.

They took a little moment by just looking into each other's eyes before the man started to speak again.

"Anyways, please have a seat." The man pulled the chair and help the brunette in before Lourence turned back to his own spot.

One of the waiter of the store immediately walked into them as he pulled his paper and pen out getting ready to list down what ever they're taking.

After few minutes of waiting, their orders finally arrived. Lourence and Yeji gladly thanked the waiter before the guy walked out again.

"How are you?" Lourence asked concernedly as he darted his eyes back to her while taking a sip from his drink.

"Just great, I'm a little nervous. I've never went out with a guy for a long time." Yeji admitted with a chuckle as she did the same with her cappuccino.

"Relax Yeji, that's why I also asked you to meet up. So I could get to know you."

Yeji smiled making Lourence smile to her as well.

"I see you don't have duty today.."

"Yes, I have two days, day off which I am glad because somehow I needed a break from work. Soon I'll go back to over working again." Yeji stated.

"A hard-working woman, interesting.."

Yeji chuckled shyly. Lourence seems to be a gentle and sweet guy but it's only their third time meeting, Yeji don't really get close to a guy, so she find it harder to get closer to a guy compared to a girl.
