It had been a year since the incident in New Mexico, Ash had continued to look after Josh who was now eleven and wouldn't stop asking about Thor and how he felt about him. Truth was, he didn't actually know how he felt about him, sure he was attractive and seemed like a nice person judging by the little interaction he had with him but other than that, what conclusion could he make? He wasn't really the love at first sight type, if he had an interest in someone he just told them and if that interest was returned then great.
"Dad? Hello, are you there?"
Ash zoned back into reality and looked down at his son, Josh, who looked up at him in confusion. Nicotine snickered quietly.
"Thinking about Thor again?" He smirked.
Ash sighed and ignored him, smiling down at Josh.
"Yep, I'm here." He smiled.
Currently, Ash was in a quinjet heading to the helicarrier. Unfortunately, he couldn't get a babysitter so he brought Josh along with him. Just single dad things.
