Izara was hugging herself as tears streamed down her cheeks. Why is Jumin doing this? There wasn't even a part of the story that Jumin would lock up Izara. Why is he doing this? Could the story be changing? Could... there be no escape to avoid her death?

She hugged herself even more as distress and fear filled her. What is she going to do now?

A month has passed, and she hasn't seen anyone at all. Not even Lea. Her powers was absolutely meaningless this time. And it was draining the mana that would regain. She hadn't eaten that much ever since that day. It's like a prison. And it was suffocating.

The door then opened revealing Zen. He looked at her and handed her a paper. She looked at it and saw that it was the divorce papers. She look at it then at Zen.

"I just want to ask one thing" she started "Why... is Jumin doing this?" She ask.

Zen fell silent for a while "Opal investigated you... He said that you and your parents are planning to take over Lyveria" Zen said. She then scoffed.

"Parents, huh?" She looked outside "Then... before I sign this document. I want you to tell Jumin something" she said.

She's the author, and she knows very well what going on inside the palace. It is one of the plot twist that almost ended Jumin's life which Eayah saved him.

"Opal... is a spy from Kasilla" she said. Zen fell silent as his brows furrowed.

"Now you're being absurd, Izara. Why are you passing the blame unto one of my friends? Is this one of your wicked plan?" Zen ask getting pissed off.

"Opal may have been your childhood friends and His Majesty's but... Recently, his parents was kidnapped by my parents. It should be around this time" she scoff "The damnation of Lyveria because of Opal" she looked straight into Zen's silver eyes "Save his parents. That's all I ask of you, Chief Court Zen" she said.

"If I were gonna die, I'd at least stop the damnation of this country" she looked outside and smiled "Can you do that for me?" She ask. Zen fell silent and looked down.

"How should I do that?" He ask.

"I don't know" she said in her weak voice. Zen then sighed and nodded.

"Alright, if what you say is true then you have my thanks but if it isn't" he glared "I will kill you for blaming Opal. Even if I have to commit treason" he said.

She nodded. She hasn't much long to live anyway. The magic repellant are draining her energy, her mana pool is depleting.

Zen then left her there slamming the door. She coughed out blood. She's been holding back her cough, she doesn't want their pity. She'd rather die than to receive pity from those people. Why is she expecting the good from them? They're only good to the female lead. They'll always resent the villain.

JUMIN was having a meeting with the noble regarding the rations for the soldiers. The tide was now turning on their sides, it won't be long. They'll finish this war in a week, claiming victory.

"Your Majesty" he heard Zen called out when the nobles have already gone out. He hummed as he massaged his head.

"Can you give us some privacy. It's personal matters" Zen said to Opal. He looked at Opal and nodded. Once Opal went out, Zen tool a deep breath.

"Her Majesty has received the divorce papers... and she said something" Zen said making his brows furrowed.

"Whatever it is, it's only a trap. Don't listen to her" he said dismissing whatever Zen has to share.

Zen sighed "That's what I thought. But even so I had to make sure, and she was right" Zen said as if he's disappointed in himself. He looked at him.
