Context: I recommend that you read my first Futakuchi-Onna Headcannon and the final trailer to understand the context of what I will type here.

Disclaimer: This is all for speculation and for fun, I am aware that this will become outdated soon! I am also aware that the monster has yet to be confirmed at the time I wrote this.

*"Feed me."*

**Hiroko** shook her head, trying her best to ignore this voice that was in her head... almost literally.

*"Please no... I don't wanna hurt anyone else **Hibiki**! This is wrong on so many levels!"* Hiroko said, trying to reason with her long lost best friend.

However Hiroko knew that it would fall under deaf ears, for Hibiki's jealousy and hunger overpowered Hiroko's willpower. Hiroko knew that Hibiki was hungry, for all she could hear was Hibiki screaming inside of her head

Hiroko was in pain, but she didn't want to hurt anyone. However she didn't want Hibiki to suffer either, despite Hibiki dragging her into becoming the monster that they are now.

Suddenly everything was silent, and Hibiki growled. At the same time, Hiroko heard a sound from downstairs.

*"Oh no."* Hiroko thought. *"Hibiki, please, don't check down there!"*

But Hiroko's body seemed to move on its own, for Hibiki was starving. They traverse downstairs, finding a knocked over plate of rice balls.

Hiroko dreaded for the sight in front of them.

And in front of them, was a **human**.

———————

**MC 2** took a deep breath as they approached a rather large minka. They just escaped a giant snake with a woman's head, and they ran up and down mountains. They were exhausted, with the last effects of adrenaline rushing through their blood. They hoped they could rest, and perhaps find help within this minka.

*"What even is this place? Maybe someone here knows what's going on."*

MC 2 was about to knock on the door, but to their surprise, the door was unlocked. Feeling cautious after their encounter with the snake-woman, or whatever it was called, they held their light source close to them, as a means of protection.

They started to traverse the minka, opening various rooms but finding nothing. The one thing that MC 2 noticed though, was the constant sighting of rice all's on plates.

And there are a lot of them. More than MC 2 could count.

As they went down another hallway, they accidentally knocked over a plate of rice balls. The plate shattered, disrupting the silence of the minka. The riceballs scattered throughout the ground.

MC 2 remained silent for a bit, the only sound was their heart beating fast and their heavy breathing.

Suddenly they heard footsteps, really loud footsteps. MC 2 turned to run, only to see a horrific sight behind them.

A woman stood before them, seemingly bent with a red kimono. However what terrified MC 2 was the woman's facial features... and her hair.

The woman's facial features seemed bony, as if she hadn't eaten for days, despite the various amounts of rice balls scattered around the place. Her eyes were dull and seemingly devoid of life.

Her most prominent feature was her hair. Her hair flew out everywhere, and as MC 2 and the woman made eye contact with each other, the woman groaned.

——————

*"Kill them, and offer their body to me. I will set you free in return for your offering."*

Hiroko heard the sound of that **demon**'s voice in her head, as did Hibiki. However Hiroko knew that it was all a lie, but in the end she couldn't do anything to stop Hibiki.

Hibiki was the one who was mainly in control, and she was desperate to be free from their hunger.

Hiroko felt her hair grow wild, as Hibiki was fighting for control. An animalistic sound emerged from the two of them, the fight of control being won by Hibiki.

Terrified for the actions that her own body will commit, Hiroko looked up at the human in front of her.

**"I'm sorry."**

Before Hiroko tucked away, all she could see was darkness. Hibiki was now in control, with Hiroko's hair flowing out, threatening to grab the human and devour them whole.

Hibiki was hungry. She needed food, and she felt a wave of jealousy fuel her wrath. The human was free, unlike her, who was trapped within her so-called best friend's body. She wanted the human's freedom, jealous of their freedom.

Hibiki roared, sounding as if an animal was about to chase down its prey

And the human was her next prey.

—————

MC 2 saw the horrific sight of the woman's head turning inward, revealing a mouth at the back of her head, filled to the brim with teeth.

MC 2 thought they heard the woman say something, but was too consumed by the sight of the mouth and hair.

*"Forget what I thought earlier, this is more terrifying than the woman herself."* they thought.

Without a second thought, they turned and ran the other way, getting ready to escape from her, just as they escaped from the snake.

**Futakuchi-Onna** took chase, and now that her wrath was unleashed, she would not stop until her prey has been slayed.

Let the hunt begin.
