AFTER WEEKS OF BEING IN RECOVERY AND GAINING SOME OF HER PREVIOUS WEIGHT, Lu trained in the training rooms with Bucky and Sam. It was one thing that kept her going, she liked training with them as they didn't pry too much, Bucky knew she would open up when she wanted to, and when she was ready to. Sam gave her tough love and helped her. She kept him on his toes, and it was a good thing. Which is how she ended up in medbey.
"It's not a big deal, I'm okay." Lu tells Sam. "I'm not hurt." She says looking at Bucky and Sam."Banner, tell them I'm not hurt." She says
"Your mom might kick our asses." Bucky says.
"Good thing her and dad are on a mission." She says.
"Yeah but your aunt isn't." Yelena says and Lu sighs knowing she's going to get a lecture.
"Aunt Yelena I'm fine, I just got dizzy, and I misplaced my footing." Lu says. "Where are the girls?" She asks.
"With Wanda and Clint." Yelena says and Lu nods.
"Clint's back?" Lu asks and Yelena nods. "I need to talk to him." She says.
"You can talk to him after Banner is done with the check up." Yelena tells her.
"She's right, everything is fine." He says.
"See!" Lu exclaims sitting up and standing on her feet quickly.
"Hey, kid, take it easy!" Bruce exclaims.
"Will do!" Lu says exiting medbay. She needed to talk to Clint as soon as possible. She knew he was busy with his family and everything. She bumps into someone for not watching where she's going and speed walking. The papers they held in their hands scatter everywhere.
"I'm so sorry!" She exclaims crouching down starting to pick them.
"It's okay." He says as she hands him the papers.
"It's him." She mutters and he stares at her like he knows her. He looks like an older Stephan.
"Do I know you from somewhere?" Stephan asks her.
"No." Lu says. "I don't exist." She says. "I mean I did but then my parents faked me death. So the likelihood of you knowing me is slim to none." She says standing up offer her hand to him. He takes it helping him stand up.
"Lu!" Bucky calls out.
"Sorry, again." She says before turning to look at Bucky. "I need to find Clint." She says before heading off to where she could feel him. Bucky chases after her.
CLINT AND LU SAT ALONE, ON THE ROOFTOP, THE SKY WAS BLUE, IT WAS GOOD weather. Her seeing the Stephan doppelgänger, reminded her of her own Stephan, how he was nice and caring. Protective and how he told her to make amends with her family, once she came back.
