XV - Another Year, Another Hope

Are you getting a little bit bored here in your hospital room, jagi?

Seokhoon asked his girlfriend who was currently glaring at the view of the hospital's mini park area from her window.

Honestly, I am quite bored myself here but the doctors said I shouldn't move around since my body would not be able to handle that activity.

Rona replied while gently caressing his hand.

Hmmmmmm....... we can always turn this plain and boring hospital room of yours into a romantic dating spot.

Rona looked at him and saw her boyfriend smiling at her widely.

Jagi, what is on your mind right now?

I told you, we'll have a little date here.

Rona slowly stood up from her seat, turned her body towards Seokhoon, gently wrapped her arms around his firm and toned body, and laid her head on his chest, listening to his calming heartbeat.

Every day is like a date for me whenever I'm with you, my love. You don't need to prepare anything fancy for the two of us to enjoy. Having you this close next to me is more than enough to make me happy, Seokhoon-ah. It might be a little boring in here but there will never be a dull moment when you're with the person whom you love.

Seokhoon rubbed her back gently and gave her nose a gentle kiss.

Rona chuckled at her silly boyfriend and tiptoed to give him a peck on his lips.

They continued to hug some more for a few moments silently until Seokhoon broke the hug and looked at her with a playful expression.

Rona looked at Seokhoon with a wide smile and asked simply asked him.

Seokhoon slammed his lips on Rona's and started to kiss her with so much passion and love. They continued to kiss each other some more until the two of them were interrupted by someone clearing her throat.

Uhm, I know you are heads over heels with each other but can you stop being so disgusting and get a room?

Seokkyung asked sassily while having a disgusted expression.

Seokkyung, we are literally inside a room.

Seokhoon smirked at Seokkyung while hugging Rona who buried her face in Seokhoon's chest.

Seokkyung rolled her eyes at her twin brother and excused herself from the room, telling them to continue where they left and not mind her.

Rona slapped Seokhoon's chest which left Seokhoon chuckling. They stood there while still hugging silently and like a magnet, they have found their faces going towards each other once again and fell into the pit of passionate kissing which was the exact thing they were doing a while ago.

They kept on kissing and kissing until they ran out of breath and pulled away from each other.

While still staring into each other's eyes, Rona and Seokhoon were still catching each other's breath. Leaning in for one last kiss, Seokhoon carried Rona towards her bed and laid her down.
