He had on a whole different appearance. His right arm was no longer human. It was an arm that was made out of chromium. Armor made of Titanium. He had on black boots that could used as personal assassins.
All the agents looked in horror to see their leader brainwashed for a 3rd time.
Dustin: (metallic voice) Hello again, everyone.
