Basil of Baker Street.
Before the great mouse detective, it was Dawson who found a poor little mouse in a shoe.
They both go to Baker Street.
When Olivia Flaversham told Basil about the abducter to her father, he knew where Fidget came from.
Professor Ratigan.
He may be the world's greatest criminal mind.
Basil was one step ahead unfortunately.
The battle of wits is more like it.
After foiling the professor's latest plot, the pursuit was on.
They crashed into the clock tower of Big Ben.
And they both fell off by a stroke of ten at night.
Basil survived the fall.
But in this story...before 1897...

Professor Ratigan was not a professor...
Not even a rat...
This is a big mouse who's not only the mind of stealing...
