A Mission For Two

1 - A new partner

pov: Alastor

Problems, one of the many sources of stress in the world, source of money, (if the problems are not yours ofc) and crime.
My name is Alastor, and I work for one of the most wanted gangs in the U.S.A. Many people call us "monsters, insensitive, and assholes" they have a good reason to do so, we are not "normal people" but we don't care. Getting offended by stupid nicknames dumb people gave us is not our purpose here, the only thing we're looking for... is money, drugs, sex, freedom and some others look for blood or revenge.

For now, we have a kinda big amount of people in.

-Samantha and Soren the devil twins, we don't have many information about them, but they are good at stealing, code names: Ying and Yang.

-Himary, she's one of the youngest girls in, she's a ghost, she's good with stealth, her conditions make her perfect as a spy, code name: 1999.

-Dan the mindreader he's the main boss's older brother, he's such a nerd with the technology, but if I'm honest he's good at it, married with three kids, code name: Techno.

-Emma the gold treasure, she's one of the elves we have in the gang, she's the distraction, but also a complete bitch, code name: slut.

-C.P the second leader, she's an elf, she's good at quick opperations like robberies and undercover killing, married and with three kids, code name: C.P

-J, C.P's older brother, he's also an elf, he's our jack of all trades, married with three kids code name: J

-C.C, the leader, we don't really know her, but we know that she's a shapeshifter, she has three kids and created the gang with C.P, she gets involved phisically only in main opperations, in the minor ones, she command us from the base, code name: C.C/Boss.

-And me, I am a dragon shapeshifter, I am the hidden sniper, I am usually in charge of the killing missions, code name: Red

It was a normal day, everybody was training at their own pace. Then all of a sudden C.P called us for a group reunion, it was about some kind of ''new recruit'' that was joining us, I pretty much didn't care if someone joined in our got out of our squad, we were enough people already.

''Good evening everyone!'' said C.P with that enthusiastic tone she has ''I called all of you because we have a new partner in the team!''.  ''Are they good?'' Samantha asked ''Well- actually, I would like you all to train him...he's completely new'' C.P spoke and made a small nervous laugh. Train him? He wasn't prepared? What kind of leader gets in a recruit that's not prepared?

''Alright, Tom, you can come in''. Right away a blond haired guy got inside the room, he was kinda tall, with this sort of sapphire color in his eyes. ''Alright everyone, this is Tom! He's 18 years old and he'll be joining us, so, please treat him with respect and answer all of his questions'' ''I do not promise anything'' said Emma and C.P looked at her in annoyance. ''Well, that's it for today, you can retire'' Everyone got out of the room immediately and so did I. I wasn't completely sure about this ''Tom'' but I guess I would give it a try, why not?

The next day came, like always I woke up at 5:00 in the morning to train, I have to say, I'm always the first one to get in the field, everybody else starts joining later, so I guess I have an advantage to have the field for myself for some hours. Around 7:30 everybody else started joining, including Tom. C.P made a tour all around the field and showed all the weapons we have, finally, she guided him all the way to me ''Alright, like I told you this is the first stage you have to go with, do you remember the order?'' Tom nodded ''Great then!'' C.P clapped her hands ''Alastor, he's all yours'' and she left. I examined Tom for a bit, I could see in his eyes that he was very insecure of himself, i took a deep breath ''Alright, we're gonna start with the basics'' I went to the back where I have all of the weapons and grabbed a gun ''This is the standard gun, small, easy to manage...if you know how to, of course''. I noticed that Tom was actually paying attention, he was like...curious.

I demonstrated him how to use the small gun, step by step. When I finished I handed it to him ''Now you try'' I said ''Wait-!'' he yelped ''I-..I don't think I'm that ready...'' I have to say that it was the first time I heard his voice, he hadn't talk much. He scratched his neck with insecurity and I finally spoke ''If you want to be part of this team you have to do what is told to'' ''I-I know but- I've never used a gun before! W-What if I mess up?'' ''Are you hesitating?'' I said with a firm voice and frowned, i noticed that I scared Tom a little. Tom let out a deep sigh ''I'm not gonna lie, I am..'' I crossed my arms ''Look, if you hesitate, it'll be harder to do it, so, grab the gun, get in the field and shoot''. ''Y-Yes sir..-'' he grabbed the gun and went inside the field.

Tom took a deep breath and pointed to the mannequin. «Oh, great..» I thought, and I approached to him ''Look, you have to have your arms straighter...'' I grabbed his arms gently and aligned them ''Get your back straight'' I straightened his back ''Open up your legs a bit more'' He opened his legs ''And..shoot''. He shot straight into the mannequin, not exactly into the target but it was close. ''Hey! not bad'' I said with a soft grin. Tom let out a relieved sigh ''Thank you'' he said.

We spent the next two hours training with guns, not gonna lie, he's pretty good at them. I guess we were going to make a lot of progress. ''What time is it?'' he asked ''9:30 a.m., why?'' ''Shit! I have to get to the second stage...'' ''What stage are you going?'' ''Um..it's with this girl..Hillary?'' ''Himary'' ''Her, do-..do you know where is she?'' ''She's not that far, just go straight and two on the left'' ''Thank you. Alright see you tomorrow, bye!'' he picked up his things and left. I gotta say, I think I really enjoyed those two hours with Tom, he really understood everything.

After a few minutes C.P came back ''Soooo~?''.

''...What?'' ''was he a good studeeeent~?''.

I sighed ''Yeah, I guess, he's cool, very disciplined'' ''Well, that is a good sign, maybe you both could get along!--'' I stopped her with my hand ''Hold your horses, I never said I could be friends with him'' C.P frowned ''You're so fucking bitter'' ''Thanks''. There was a small pause ''He's in the second stage, right?'' ''Yup'' C.P's phone started to ring ''Yes?'' she answered ''Hm! What time?'' there was a pause ''Ok, I'll inform everybody'' C.P hung up ''What is it?'' I asked ''There's a robbery planned for today at 9:00 p.m.'' ''Which bank?'' ''Golden Horizon Bank, so, get ready, we have something to steal'' ''On my way'' I spoke.

We all got ready for the mission, put our suits on, get our weapons and all that kind of shit. 

''Alright- l-let me get this straight-'' spoke Tom nervously ''I don't even have a damn day with all of you and we're already going on a mission-?'' ''Yup!'' C.C said, ''It'll be like a warm-up!''  ''But- I'm not ready!'' C.C shushed him ''don't you worry dear, you won't participate in the most important things, youll be like a guard!'' ''A guard-?'' ''Yup! A guard, now get your ass moving and get in the dang car''.
