"Hm, that's weird," Hiro said in confusion, looking at the results of Baymax's scan.
"What's wrong, Hiro?" Aunt Cass asked worriedly, putting a hand on his shoulder.
"Well, it shows that they are here, but it doesn't say where. It's like we lost touch or something," Hiro replied, scrolling around on Baymax's chubby stomach, looking for any other information.
"Maybe they left a decoy behind, with DNA or something," Honey slowly insisted, putting her hand up slowly.
"Nah, the scanner makes sure there's a blood type, DNA type, stuff like that. I've tested it a billion times," Hiro said, shaking his head.
"Well... Maybe they, like are moving really fast, or..." Honey Lemon trailed off, showing with her hands she couldn't think of anything else.
"Well, doesn't it 'lose touch'," Hiro said, quoting 'lose touch' with his fingers, "only when they're really far, or when they're in some kind of crazy-secured place? Stuff like that?"
"What about underground? It's not like they can be really far if the scan showed they're in San Fransokyo, and how secure would their places be? I mean, I hate to admit it, but the sewers actually seem like a pretty good place to hide," Honey Lemon told everyone, mainly talking to Hiro.
"The sewers?" Cass asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Well, yeah," Honey said, "Really it's the only place underground."
"You mean, like down in the sewers? Where it smells and its dirty and - I need to go get some of my spray-" Wasabi was cut off by Hiro.
"Wasabi!" He shouted.
"Sorry," Wasabi squeaked, waving his hand slightly.
"Ok, let's find the nearest sewer, and we'll quietly get in, so no one sees or hears us, then Baymax can rescan when we're underground, and hopefully we'll get back on track," Hiro explained, gesturing with his hands as he went.
"Hopefully?" Wasabi asked like a scaredy-cat.
"WASABI!" Everyone, but Baymax, shouted.
"S-sorry, sorry," Wasabi squeaked again, putting his hands in front of him.
Everyone began looking around for a sewer opening, no one saying a word. About five minutes after they had started searching, Hiro called out to the others, using his built-in microphone so they could stay quiet.
"Guys, I found one of the manholes. It's behind the warehouse, and a bit to the left. Baymax will be standing right behind the warehouse, waiting to show you the rest of the way. Got it?" Hiro told everyone. Once everyone replied yes, they heard his voice telling Baymax to go behind the warehouse - he forgot to turn his mic off - and the gang began to walk quietly towards the back of the warehouse.
"Baymax - no, Aunt Cass. You use your super strength, since you never got to, and lift the lid up and open so we can crawl in," Hiro said as the six gathered around the sewer lid.
"Ew, I can't believe we're going in here without any-" Wasabi was cut off again.
"Would you like us to bring you home?" Hiro said, getting irritated.
"I'm sorry, okay?" Wasabi shouted, not really angrily, but forgetting to stay quiet.
"Shh!" Everyone said, causing a wave of spit. Wasabi wiped his face, then glared at everyone.
Apparently that was the end of the conversation, at least for a while, because no one spoke for a few minutes. (Doesn't seem like a lot, but if you just stand in a room alone for even a minute, you'll see how long it feels). Aunt Cass slowly lifted the lid, putting it down quietly on the ground, and motioned for everyone to hurry in. They climbed in, using the ladder of course, quickly but quietly. When everyone was in, Cass slowly put the lid back.
They started walking, taking the straight path, and finally someone spoke to end the awkward silence.
"Man, it's pretty dark in here," Hiro said, squinting to see.
"Luckily I came prepared!" Wasabi said sassily. He yanked open some kind of pouch and handed everyone a flashlight.
"Thanks, Wasabi. And, sorry," Hiro said, flicking his light on. Wasabi smirked to himself. That's all he wanted to hear.
"Okay Baymax, redo your super scanner so we can track Gogo and Fred - and those guys," Hiro told Baymax, shining his light in front of him, along with the others.
Baymax did what he was told and soon got the results. "I have found a match, over there," He said in his robotic voice, pointing down a dark tunnel to the left.
"Good job, buddy. Now c'mon, guys, let's go catch those criminals!" Hiro said softly.
"Woohoo!" Everyone else whisper shouted, pumping their fists in the air.
They began walking down the path, and Honey started humming Fred's song from their first mission. Everyone glared at her.
"What? It's catchy!" She squealed, continuing to hum.
Just then, they heard a voice behind them. Honey stopped humming.
"Hiro?" The voice said, causing everyone to wheel around.
"T-Tadashi?"
