Thank you for taking the time to read my work. I'm very proud of this novel and I hope it finds people who will love Brigette's story as much as I do. I intend to update it as much as possible, let me know what day suits you best for updates. If you enjoyed the 'Throne of Glass' series or 'Blood and Ash' series, you're sure to love this.
However, any likeliness to another story or someone's life is purely coincidental. I was careful when writing this. I'm Irish and have drawn mainly on Irish mythology and folklore to create this world. A lot of people are inspired by stories I heard as a child, with an Irene twist.

All names have been chosen specially for each character, normally Irish names. I have anglicised some of the names to make it easier for non-Irish readers to understand. However, there were some I simply could not bare to change so here is what some of the strange letters and words you will see are supposed to sound like.
