( WARNING: Interesting Chapter Ahead!)"She's in the Oubliette." The king of all the goblins and uglier friends doesn't sound happy at all. Watching Sarah constantly make the wrong decisions inside the bloody labyrinth has started to make him grow bored.
Usually, those who enter the labyrinth make some effort to do good.
Joyous laughter from his court echoes throughout the throne room causing the blonde king to stir.
"Shut up! She should NOT have got as far as the Oubliette. Sarah should've given up by now." Confusion is flushed on his delicate features. This is all very wrong indeed.
"She'll never give up." His right-hand goblin spoke in his ear.
"Oh, won't she?" Jareth sounds sure of himself. A girl like Sarah will lose all hope eventually. Just a matter of time.
"Hoggle is about to lead her all the way to the beginning. She will soon give up when she realizes she has to start all over again!" He said while dropping the sour attitude.
Silence fills the air as no one made a single sound.
The Goblin King twirled the crystal in hand before saying "Well, laugh." And just like that bursts out giggles rang out once more.
Most of his minions fled the scene as he raised up from the throne. The little baby Toby has been sitting nicely and watching everyone in sight. Jareth smiled down at the child wickedly.
"But what of the other girl, Jareth?" Trandalin, the king's closest friend asked suddenly. Of course, Jareth wanted to act surprised about realizing that there was another here but the time for that was over.
Jareth gazed upon his ridiculous people as they all started to make silly music and dance magically. He then pulled his friend to the side and shook the clear ball carefully. It revealed a very startling image.
Franklin appears to be standing up to Zatho. Stupid girl, she turned out to be by trying to talk her way out of this problem.
"We shall be lucky if she makes it past him alive." The king didn't want to admit to his most trusted that he was actually concerned for her.
This is the first time in years that he has felt right about a candidate to be the savior they have all been searching for. It just has something to do with her heart. She wears it on the outside of her sleeve, as clear as day.
"She will," Jareth spoke from the gut feeling he has had since the first time he laid eyes upon her. It almost pained him to leave her alone all on her own. The reason for such feelings, there is no exact explanation yet.
However, he was certainly impressed when she took the path to the frozen swamp creature. Only one girl before has done so, but she was no match for the damned thing.
