𝐊𝐄𝐈𝐉𝐈 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐄𝐃 as he put his daughter to sleep on his own for the 31st time this month. her mother had been out partying almost everyday since she'd been born. the only time she was here was to change into work clothes or to argue with him.
he knew she wasn't ready for kids, but why would she lie to him about it and then leave him to do it alone?
he began to pack him and his daughters items. he wasn't staying there any longer on his own, keiko would be just fine without her anyways. she was hardly present.
he got all of her little outfits he'd let her pick out before, she wanted to be independent so he let her.
anything for his daughter to be happy and smiling. the girl has heard several of their arguments because his girlfriend- soon to be ex, didn't know when it's the right time and the wrong time.
he finished packing their rooms and items before calling bokuto. bokuto knew about his current situation and would let keiji and keiko stay with him, all keiji had to do was ask.
akaashi "hello? bokuto-san?"
he heard bedsheets rustling, he figured bokuto had just woken up.
bokuto "HEY keiji!! what do you need!?"
keiji chuckled softly. he wondered how he had so much energy if he just woke up.
akaashi "my apologies for waking you up bokuto-san. i decided to get keiko out of this place.. can we crash at your place until we.. get our own?"
bokuto's eyes went wide with excitement on the other end of the phonecall. he loved the idea of having his bestfriend over at all times and his god-daughter.
bokuto "you dont even have to ask!! come over and everything will be prepared once you both arrive keiji!"
keiji has always been thankful for bokuto's kindness. he was always prepared to help him out.
akaashi "thank you bokuto-san. keiko and i will arrive shortly."
