I turned the shower off and got out. I grabbed one of the towels sitting on the and started to quickly dry myself off. I then realized that I did what I wasn't supposed to do. I got the wrapping on my hand wet. Damnit, Soo-Yin, what the hell...
I quickly put on Yoongi's pajamas and opened the door. He looked up from the book he was reading and his eyes widened. He swallowed hard and just continued to stare at me.
"Yoongi...I...uh..." I muttered. He blinked, shook his head and slammed the book shut.
"Let me guess...you got the wrapping wet didn't you?" Yoongi asked.
"Y-y-yeah..."
"You idiot..." Yoongi sighed. "Well...I guess I'll change the wrapping for you since you'll pass out if you see blood."
"Why would I let you change it? You've been nothing but a jackass to me. What if you get some sick idea to tear the wound open?"
"Hey, I may be an ass...but I'm not that cruel." Yoongi replied. "Plus, you don't really have a choice. No one else is in here any way. Sit down on the bed and I'll change it for you. I have a first aid kit in the closet." Yoongi got up from the bed and sat me down and went into the closet. He came back out within seconds with a first aid kit. He sat down across from me and opened the first aid kit and then held his hand out.
"Come on, give me your hand." Yoongi said.
I slowly and carefully handed him my hand, looking away as I did so. I felt my arm and hand get stiff.
"Look, relax. I don't like this any more than you do." Yoongi said as he started to carefully pull the wet gauze away. I winced a little because the closer he got to the wound, the more it started to sting. Once he removed the remaining but of gauze, I closed my eyes even tighter.
"It doesn't even look all that bad," Yoongi said quietly. "I would've thought with the way it was bleeding, it would've been much worse than this. Oh well at least they did their jobs right." Yoongi then paused for a moment and then grabbed some antiseptic. "I'm going to pour some antiseptic on your wound. I know that you know it's going to burn, but it'll keep it from getting infected."
