today, i'm finally getting the tattoo done that i'd been telling everyone about for the past week. this tattoo meant a lot to me, as it symbolizes my family. it was an infinity symbol, showing that they're my forever. corny i know but who gives a toss.
i enter the tattoo shops doors and smile at my tattoo artist. "nice to see you man" he says, greeting me with a hug and a pat on the back. "so, what are we doing today son?" i give him a smile, "simple one today, an infinity symbol on my wrist." he gives me a sarcastic look, "wow very simple mount ! let's do it"
after about fifteen minutes, he had finished. i smile, it was perfect. "thank you man, love it" he gives me a smile. "no problem, let's get it wrapped up." he had finished wrapping the film around my arm. i pay and say goodbye as i walk out the door, toward my car. i just know they will love it.
i arrive back at home, i enter the door. my daughter comes running up to me and gives me a massive hug. "i've missed you" she mumbles, i smile. "i've missed you too!!" i say, "but i've got a surprise for you and mummy!" she smiles, "mummy!!! daddies got a surprise for us." she shouts, running into the kitchen. i shut the front door and follow her, to see y/n making a coffee. she turns around and gives me a bright smile before giving me a massive hug. she always gives the best hugs. "what's this surprise then mase?" she asks, pouring the boiling water into the mug. i roll up my hoodie sleeve to reveal the tattoo. "it represents you and willow. i hope you like it" i say, hopeful that they both like it. "i love it!" y/n says, giving me a massive smile. "do you like it?" i ask willow, leaning down to show her. "wowwww prettttyyyyyy" she slurs, causing both me and y/n to laugh. i'm so happy that they both love it as much as i do.
