The darkness was overwhelming. I lost my sense of direction and all my thoughts seemed to dissappear. I felt lonely and empty. I looked at my new sword that lay in front of me. I didn't know who I was turning into because of this war.

I hovered my hands over the blade and a dull glow escaped my palms. The blade started to shimmer and shake, finally it stilled itself, it glimmered like the stars. I pick up the weapon and place it on my back and head for a armor stand. I enchanted them too and put them on. I looked in the mirror, I looked dangerous, one red eye glowed strongly when the blue one seemed to be dull.

I closed my eyes and turned my head the other direction. I followed my heavy feet to the front door. The war still raged on, someone needed to end it. I needed to end it. I glanced over at Raven, he hadn't spoken since I killed that spirit, he acted like he saw a ghost.

He was a blank slate, except one emotion stood strong. Horror. I opened the door and walked out into the underworld. I was overwhelmed with emotions and I couldn't focus, it all seemed so blurry. I shook my head, I can't loose myself, not now.

A spirit ran for me and I pulled the sword from my back and sliced him in half. I cringed at the smell of blood. I ran forward, I needed to find the source. As I ran people attacked and I would swiftly dodge killing the attackers. I came to a stop and Angel looked at me with sadness.

"Who are?" He whispers.

"I'm a demon." I hissed, I swung my sword but he avoided it easily.

"Stella, I don't want to fight you." He whimpered.

"Too bad." I laugh at him.

"I'll fight her for you." A unfamiliar voice threatened.

I looked at the girl, she had red hair and held a gun in her hand. She aimed her gun at me and shot. I felt myself morph into light and the bullet passed through me with ease.

"What the hell?" He growled. She shot again, it happened again.

"I wouldn't do that again if I were you." I giggled cruelly.

I felt power surge through me. I smirked at the spirit. Just as I was about to attack I noticed something odd about her. She wore dark clothes. That was strange for a spirit. Then I remembered.

"Ah, Ash, I've seen you've gotten yourself a king for a boyfriend." I mocked. Anger filled her face.

"Screw off Stella." She spat venomously.

"Oh I so scared. Not." I laugh evilly.

Angel grabbed her arm and they dissappeared. I growled for I lost my prey. Somehow I felt different. I blinked and looked around with confusion.

"Where am I?" I ask myself quietly.

"Shut up! Fight! Kill!" I screamed at myself.

I fell backwards. Part of me was bloodthirsty when the other part wanted peace.

"Go away!" I cried.

"I'll never go away. I am you. The better you." I hissed.

"You're a monster!" I yell.

"No sweetheart, you're the monster." I laughed.

The voice played throughout my head, it sounded like me, but it wasn't normal. I started screaming, before I knew it I was surrounded by spirits. I couldn't stand I just watched them close in, with they're weapons ready.

"Don't hurt her, knock her out then lock her up. We need a prisoner." Angel sighed sadly. The world blackened around me.

When I woke up I was in a jail cell. Outside the jail cell Angel was sleeping on a chair. He looked so fragile, it was like one touch he would crumble. I hear a heavy boot shuffle and behind him stood Ash. She frowned at me.

"Looks like you got yourself caught. What a pain." She imitated a child.

"Why did you bring me here?" I ask angrily. She looks at her nails.

"Angel here wanted you as a prisoner. We were going to kill you and your weird split personality thing, but unfortunately he disallowed it. It was annoying because I would of loved watching you die. Don't get me wrong, I don't care for this stupid war, but you, you always got everything handed to you, everyone loved Stella. Why? Not a clue, your just a puny, confused little child." She grunted.

"What did you say to me?" I hissed. I grabbed the bars of the cell.

"Oh, sorry, I don't speak stupid child." She laughed.

I felt the bars start to go hot. Anger filled me and I wanted to hurt her. So desperately.

"Don't bother, it's impossible to break those. You're stuck forever." She smiled cruelly.

"Ash, I don't think you're helping this situation." Angel sighed. I look at him and he rubs his eyes tiredly.

"But it's so fun." She whines. Angel rolls his eyes.

"Go polish your gun or something, I'll talk to you later." He grumbled. She let out a deep breath and walked away.

"You need to let me leave, I need to stop the war." I plead.

"No I need to kill everyone." I hissed.

"Shut up!" I screamed. Angel watches me wearily.

"I can't let you leave Stella, your demon self is conflicting with your spirit self." He states.

"How can I have spirit in me still?" I asked.

"Because you were suppose to be a spirit, but I banished you to become a demon. Your spirit self has being repelling and fighting off your demon self to protect you. Unfortunately I think the demon is fighting back now. Therefore giving you a split personality." Angel recites.

"How do I fix it?" I cry.

"You need to die, but I can't let you die. I need to figure out a way to help you, to make you full spirit again." He sighs.

"But I don't want to be a spirit. If I'm a spirit I can't be with Raven." I whimper. Sadness fills Angel's eyes.

"Right. Raven. I guess no one else could possibly love you as much as Raven does."
