"It's like an endless fucking love square!" Marina hiccuped, the glass slipping from her fingers. The nimble bartender grabbed the glass before it could break raising an eyebrow.

"Ma'am. we're closed," They said plainly. "Please leave or I'll have to call the authorties,"

"I am the authorties!" Marina left a large tip, leaving and stumbling the streets home.

She got distracted by snowfall and sat on the sidewalk, wishing for a cigeratte when an all to familar silehoutte draped over them.

"It's freezing, what are you doing?" Mello offered a leather covered hand, Marina took it and pulled herself up with ease.

"Watching the snow," she leaned against Mellos arm, drunkly admiring the frost-bitten sky.

"I see that," he sighed, looking down at them, leaning over to kiss their forehead. "Okay little lady, where do you live?"

"Mm, forgot," Marina giggled.

"Great," Mello took Marina home, let her take a shower and borrow some of his shorts and tshirt, he braided her hair out of her face and let her take his bed. A part of him felt confused. When it came to Lilura he didn't mind taking them to bed with no hestation, but Marina felt...different.

Love, he realized. He loved Marina, so much his heart swelled when she entered a room.

He wasn't looking forward to talking to Lilura.
