Chapter 6

"PUSH ATHENA" the doctor shouts. "AHHHHHHHHHHH" Athena shouts. The sound of baby crying can be heard. The doctor cuts the umbilical cord and cleans the baby. "Here's your baby girl congratulations on having such a healthy little girl" the doctor said before leaving so they can have some peace. "She's really pretty like you" lee said smiling at Athena. "Isn't she?" Athena says smiling about how that this just came out of her. "Want to hold her?" Athena asks lee. He lights up and slowest picks her up. "What's her name then?" Lee asks. "I was thinking Alaya-Rae like my grandma" Athena said smiling at her little girl. "That's a pretty name I like it" lee said rocking the baby. Athena smiled at him happy he liked it. "How Lind do i have to be here" Athena said as the doctor walks in. "Well you can leave at anytime but first you have to tell us her name" the doctor replied getting out a pen. Some time later Athena and lee were in his car driving back to his house. Athena didn't want to be alone and lee didn't want to leave her alone either. "Might sound weird but you look pretty even when you were giving birth" lee said putting his arm around her whilst driving at the same time. Athena snuggled into his side. "Thank you lee" Athena kisses him on the cheek then snuggles into him again whilst holding a sleeping Alaya into her chest. "You did well today Athena I couldn't be any prouder of you" lee said rubbing her. "It hurt like a bitch though" Athena giggled. Lee chuckled and kissed her forehead again. Once at the house lee got out and helped Athena out. "Come on then" lee says putting his arm around her. She leans into his side. Once inside she sat down on the sofa. "Want anything to eat or drink" lee says standing up and getting himself something to eat. "No thanks" as Athena says that the baby starts crying. "Oh the doctor said that will happen. "What" she needs feeding. "Oh Um I'll leave if you don't feel comfortable" lee says. "No it's fine I'll just put a blanket over myself" Athena says waving him off. "Oh here" lee gives her a blanket. Athena takes one of her shoulder out the whole and puts the baby on her boob. "Drink up" she says giggling. Lee smiles at her. He really did love her. After Alaya was done drinking she put the baby down and slipped her top back up and moved the blanket. Alaya was practically asleep. Using her thump Athena wiped the milk of from around Alayas mouth and rocked her. Lee sat there watching her, admiring her. "Should I just put her in the bed she'll be fine they don't roll yet" Athena said standing up and going to the spare bedroom. She gently places Alaya on the bed and walks out the room. She sits on the couch next to Lee. She hugs him "thank you for being there for me" Athena says kissing him on the cheek. "Of course sugar anything for you" he smiles and winks. Athena smiles widely. She thought to herself maybe she should just kiss him now maybe he's to scared to. Athena decides to go for it. She leans in and begins to shut her eyes. She feels there lips connecting and lee begins to kiss back. She wraps her arms around his neck and he wraps his arms around her waist pulling her closer to his chest. They both stop to breath. She looks in his eyes blushing then looking down giggling like she was in high school again. Lee smiles and kisses her again. A kiss full of love.
