SAPNAPS POV 3rd:

after being beaten the fuck out of, he sees his friend puke his fucking brains out.. "ALEX??!" he yells.

alex looks back, before fainting..

"ALEX??? DUDE." he says, running up to his body on the ground.

"oh my fucking god dude." "DUDE."
sapnap on his knees, in alexs' vomit, but he doesnt care. he wants his friend to be okay.

i- i've got to call someone - sapnap thinks.

he pulls out his phone and goes through his recent messages.

he calls y/n ... instant answer.

Y/N'S POV:

my phone rings.. "Sapnap." i answer immediately.

"hell-"
"HELP Y/N"
"what?" i say, worried.
"I DONT KNOW ALEX JUST VOMITTED WHILE WALKING BACK TO HIS CAR AND THEN PASSED OUT AND HE WONT WAKE UP." he says firmly.

"WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO HIM."
"I DIDNT TOUCH HIM I SWEAR."
"CALL THE COPS FOR AN AMBULANCE YOU FUCKING IDIOT. IM ON MY WAY"

the yelling. my lover not next to me. the call being about him. oh god, what if he dies. my boy.

i go upstairs where alexs' mother is sitting upon the loveseat, watching her Telenovela.

"hi, may i borrow your car" i say with a smile but trying to go in a rush but show no worry.

"of course honey!!! what for?" she says dragging out the 'e'.
"Alex's car" i say with another smile.
"go ahead"

i grab the keys and i run for it.
i get in the car, turn it on, and am going as fast as i fucking can to sapnaps house.

i get there, and there sap is... kneeling beside my pretty boys body. on the ground.

"ALEX!!!!!!!!" i scream.

i cant believe what im seeing. there were puddles of blood from sapnaps beating, puke. this is fucking vile.
right after i arrive the paramedics and police get here.

"STEP AWAY." the paramedic says to sapnap.

he was in tears. and so was i.

the Man was just doing a breath check and seeing blood pressure and iron all of the normal things nothing too too bad.. until, the paramedic runs to the ambulance van and tells the men to get the stretcher.

"what's happening?!?" me and sapnap say insync.

"his heart. 260 beats a minute. go.... GO!" he says as other men are putting my love on the stretcher.

what..

me and sapnap get into alex's mothers car and follow the ambulance to the hospital..

luckily due to the covid guide lines, both me and sapnap could go in the room with him. but not for 3 hours after we arrive.

... "hello!! how are you doing today?" the receptionist says to me and nick.

"great." he says sarcastically. i slap his arm, signaling to be kind.
"who are you here for?"

we tell the receptionist his name insync again.

"roooooom....." she says while typing on her PC.. "room 420!!"

"thank you ma'am" i say with a smile.

alex?... baby?...

"we don't know whats wrong. we're trying to figure out what it is. but he might have some kind of, heart defect that we dont know about, but we are trying to figure it out for you, but as of right now he will be in a sleeping state." the Doctor says as we enter the room.

a nurse gave us a clipboard where we write our names and relations to alex..

sapnap sits in the corner chair, while i sit next to alex..

"alex.. its me.. y/n. everythings gonna be okay...
i promise." i whisper to him..

8 hours later... sapnaps asleep in the chair he was sitting in, i wake up with my head on alex's shoulder.
i check my phone and its alex's mother and father blowing my phone up.. shit.
