"Wake up milady!" Ugh, bloody hell! "Come on! You don't want to be late for the queens training!" That's right! I have training to do! "I'm up! We have to hurry!" We hurriedly got me ready then I hate a small breakfast but was rushed by Scarlett. As the carriage was being put together i fidgeted with my fingers " Lady Ellie, you must do that in front of the Queen, though she probably won't be there herself" I sighed and dropped my hands to my sides. I looked at my outfit that consisted of my dark blue dress with my black coat and black stockings with my black mary janes it was fancier than my typical casual wear. I picked my hand up to pick at the locket dangling from my neck. It's the only thing I have left of my parents.. My mothers to be exact, inside was a picture of her and father with me as a baby. It's very precious to me.

After the carriage was hitched we began our way into the city "I wonder what I'll be learning" I said out of the blue "probably just how to solve crimes" oh is that all?! I thought to myself sarcastically. I went from a daughter to a watchdog to being a watchdog... For the queen. I didn't have to long to think about it until I was tapped on the shoulder "milady? We're here" I accepted Scarlett's hand for support out of the carriage "careful milady" I nodded I was obviously displeased with being here. "This way" Scarlett guided me through the streets into the police station where there was two men standing "can I help you ladies?" One asked "I'm here with Ellie Van Bridgeport" they looked at Scarlett as if she were nuts "she's Ellie Bridgeport?" The older one asked pointing to me "indeed, she is" I heard him sigh "what is she ten?!" I furrowed my brows, it's not like I asked to be here! "I'm thirteen to be exact" I stated back in my snarky tone I usually have with strangers... I don't trust anyone except Scarlett.

After he complained a while longer I grew irritated "what are we waiting for?" I asked the other man who had introduced himself as Fred Abberline, he seemed nice enough "we're waiting for Ciel Phantomhive to arrive" I've heard briefly of Ciel Phantomhive. His parents suffered a horrible fate.. I felt bad for him but I know better than anyone that the last thing he'd want is pity from anyone, including me. Finally the door opened "sorry I'm late" I turned to see a boy about my age with grayish blue hair and an eyepatch, that's him... That's Ciel. Following behind him was his butler Sebastian, I had heard he was one hell of a butler... "So whose in training?" Ciel asked Fred and Fred pointed in my direction though I was behind Scarlett, as soon as she noticed she stepped out of the way "this is Milady Ellie Bridgeport" I noticed once Ciel seen me his eyes widened.. Must not have expected someone his same age but Sebastian keeps looking at Scarlett and she just looked back at him... Weird.

"Mr. Phantomhive" I curtsied "yes, well you know me already so shall we start?" I nodded and we walked outside "I'll leave her in your hands Phantomhive, you can babysit her" I rolled my eyes and scoffed "very well then" I sighed and waited for instructions "okay Fred, teach her everything she needs to know I'm going home" wow... Everyone is just tossing me to each other... Boy does that bring memories back.. "But he told you to handle it" it was obvious no one wanted to teach me "come Scarlett, we're going home as well" Scarlett hesitated until I glared at her, while the three guys stared "you're leaving?" The butler asked in a friendly tone "yes sadly, I am.. I don't take to kindly with people shoving me off on each other like I'm an object rather than person" and with that I turned but felt a hand on my shoulder "Scarlett?! Are you defying me? I order you to come on home!" She never does this... Her face contorted in defeat "yes, milady" as I led the way I felt another hand on my arm only this one was small "wait! You have to do this, it's the queens orders" I sighed stopping at the sidewalk "fine! But please, let's get a move on" he nodded "first you need to learn self defense skills" I shook my head "I have Scarlett, she'll protect me" Ciel laughed "you think she's enough to keep you safe?!" His laughter was mocking my and Scarlett's pride "probably much more than your butler!" I snapped back and his butler just smiled at me "shall we make that a challenge then?" Ciel asked... Oh no.. I went to far! I can't ask Scarlett to do this can I? It'd be really selfish but I need to prove myself to Ciel! "Challenge accepted" was all I said.. I looked up at Scarlett to see her smiling at me.. She must want to fight this butler guy.

As we entered a spacey abandoned street ally "okay, ready Sebastian?" Ciel asked and Sebastian nodded "good! Then I order you to win!" Sebastian bowed "yes, my young lord" I looked at Scarlett "I order you to win as well" she nodded "yes, Milady" and before I could blink they were at each other jumping high in the air and throwing each other on the concrete.. How was this Sebastian guy still alive? While the fight continued I felt someone's body heat beside me "Ciel?" I asked confused "what?" I didn't know how to ask this but... "He's a demon isn't he?" Ciels eyes widened... But he wasn't denying it.. Hmm...
