Chapter 9

Its been a week since Daphne has been in the Coma. Neither of me or Thayer left her side.

We both waited together. Keeping each other company.

I look at Thayer. I see he had a small box in his hand.

"Thayer," i asked?

"I was gonna propose to her," Thayer told me.

"Do it right now, maybe who knows she'll wake up," I suggested.

Who knows it might work. For it worked almost all the time when Cole said he loved me.

I watched Thayer as he was next to Daphne.

Thayer's P.O.V

I looked at Kristine one more time. Before I sat by Daphne's side.

Ive been in love with this girl. For as long as I can remember.

I thought picking on her would win my chance. Boy was I wrong.

Never doing that.

I grabbed Daphnes hand. I looked at hee beauty. In hope shed let me see those unforgettable eyes.

Ill admit finding out she had cancer. Makes me regret everything.

For I kindve wish id just had the guts to ask her out in the first place.

But now i want to be able to waste no time. And marry this girl while i still have a chance.

"Daphne," I spoke. "I know my choice of action in winning your heart wasnt the smartest. But I'll admit I've been in love with you since my dad and your uncle introduced us."

I felt my eyes start to tear. But I continued.

"I know theres no point. But it is to me," I told her. "I want to live and love the last few moments we have together witj you as my wife."

I squeezed her hand whilong pulling out the ring.

"Daphne will you marry me? "

I placed the ring. All of a sudden i felt sudden movement.

"Yes," I heard Daphne speak quietly. "Yes I'll marry you."

Kristine was right.

I felt my face smile so wide. I couldnt help but crash my lips on hers.

"Aww," I look to see Kristine and Tori watching.

Ignoring them i still place my lips on hers.

"Daphne," I heard Will yell as they all took her side.

"How you feeling," Kristine asked with Cole behind her.

"Better, a whole lot better," Daphne responded.

"We actually have a wedding we need to prepare for," I said as intertwined are hands together. Showing off her new engagement ring.

"AHH," the girls screamed.

"welcome to the family," Jackson said to me.

I smiled.

I looked at Daphne. I am in love with this girl. Wish there was a chance to save her. But ill take anything ill get.
