First Year: Day One Here We Go

September 02 1971.

It was her first morning at Hogwarts like every other first years, they had been given a timetable by their prefects to know what class and teacher, and the time every lesson is and breakfast, lunch and dinner timetable.

8.15am.

The girls were up, well most of them, the two bed heads were of course Marlene and Dorcas which is a bit of a shock. "Oi! Marlene! Dorcas! Get your lazy arse's up before I throw water on you." Mary screamed with annoyance.

"Okay, okay I'm up! Jeez don't need to be grumpy." Dorcas got up, rubbing her tired eyes, walking over to their bathroom. Marlene on the other hand, she groaned.

"Marls you're going to be late. "Lily yelled firmly from the bathroom.

"Right Marlene you gave no choice." Mary laughed while walking out the bathroom with a glass of fresh water. "Ready?" Mary asked.

"Ready." Alice repeated then that's when the water splashed onto Marlene's face.

"Frick! Fine, I am up, I am up. Now I have to go for a shower" Marlene grunted in annoyance .

"Well listen to me or you'll have seven more years to come." Said Mary laughing.

"Love you all too." Marley sarcastically laughed, the proceeded to flip the girls up.

All the girls managed to get ready by eight o'clock. Lily went to go find her friend, Severus. Lily had her auburn hair parted to the side and had her full uniform, including blazer and robes. She looked very intelligent and smart.

While Mary and Dorcas headed down to the main hall to grab a bite before the first big day that was going to hit. Mary wanted to observe all the 'hot' and 'fit' boys in years one to three.
Mary had her hair down which smelt like vanilla, she had her full uniform too, she had a tennis skirt on with dark grey socks that went up to her knees and had Dr. Martens loafers as shoes. Dorcas had her locs hanging in a low ponytail with two at the front as strands and too had the full uniform yet didn't wear her blazer, Cas even managed to rip her tights before leaving the bloody dorm.

Ziggy decided to walk down with Marlene and Alice, Marlene looked very formal for her first day she clipped some of her hair back and tied a red ribbon around, Alice had her hair in a low ponytail and wore dolly shoes, and yet again a full uniform on. Zig she had her messy curls free, and brushed her teeth as best as they could be, she buttoned her blouse but had now clue how to tie a tie so she got Alice to, she had her jumper over the top and having to push up the sleeves due to how long it is, her grey pleated skirt was put on and her bare legs on show because she didn't own tights; she wore her classic black converse with white trim, tying it around her ankles.

"it's 8:35 Marlene hurry!" Alice nagged whilst grabbing every book she owned.

"I'm here your git. Ready? Come on then. Only got fifteen minutes." She muttered back. They made it into the dorm halls where there was chaos happening, kids were using magic and others had creatures, nothing like she's seen! There were pixies and peoples wands creating spells it was amusing. Marlene and Alice just acted as it was the normal for them, because it was in all fairness.

They were walking down the stone stairs when Alice bumped into this guy, "oh. "She grunted and felt a grip tightly around her arms and waist and too, her hands gripped onto the strangers.

"Steady." The boy laughed "Frank, Frank Longbottom." He spoke while gazing Alice's eyes.

"Alice Fortescue." She replied staring back into his eyes. Marlene and Ziggy both looked at each other noticing the look; the girls giggled and laughed.
