Kris woke back up in the seats they were sitting in just before they battle they had with Mike, so they stayed quiet until the lights would turn off. And the thing about resetting was that Kris remembered everything that had happened before the reset, so they were still traumatized by what had happened.

They had so many thoughts in their head that they didn't notice the battle had began and everyone was waiting for Kris.

Mike: Uhh, are we going to battle? Because I can't start attacking as you need to go first.

Susie: Kris! Wake up! We're in a battle!

Ralsei: Kris? Are you ok? You seemed to be traumatized by something.

Kris:... H-huh? Yeah, I'm fine, just thinking about what to do.

Ralsei: Well don't think too hard!

Ralsei gives them a smile and Kris starts to battle. They do the same thing as they did the last time, and threw the water onto Mike, he short circuited and Susie and Ralsei celebrated while Kris was ready for the Knight this time.

The lights went out like the plan and this time there was just a scream, the lights turned back on and Kris had stabbed the Knight who was holding a bat to knock them out. Everyone was just surprised and even the Knight was.

Knight: How did you know?

Kris: Because I've already been through the torture, now leave us alone before I fully kill you.

Knight: Fine, but we'll meet again!

The Knight disappears from the sword and only blood was left on the blade, Kris just put away their sword not saying anything.

Ralsei: Kris? Who was that?

Kris: I don't want to talk about it...

Ralsei: Oh, ok.

Mike: See you at the fountain.

Mike disappears as well and so did everything around them, all of them were so confused about what was going on and Kris had noticed some stairs and started to walk up them.

Ralsei: Kris! Wait!

Susie: Is anyone else confused about what is going on?

Toriel: I am.

Susie: We should talk to Kris.

Ralsei: But they said they didn't want to talk about it, they sounded sad.

Toriel: I think we should talk to them, maybe we can help them.

Susie: But where did they go?

Ralsei: They went up some stairs over there.

Ralsei, Susie, and Toriel then went after Kris who walked up some stairs and when they got up to the top they were surrounded by water with Kris just standing there looking out into the distance.

Toriel: Kris? Are you ok? We're worried about you.

Kris...

Toriel: Shared problems are the best problems, just tell us and maybe we can help.

Kris:... I...

Kris just sat down on the floor and the others walked closer to them.

Kris: It's very hard to explain...

Toriel: Just try to explain it the best you can.

Kris:... There are these save points that look like lights, and when I touch them it saves what i've done so far. And every time I die, I end up back at the last save still able to remember what has already happened. But I've already died, this is my second go, because in my last one I was tortured by that man you saw, and I aged 100 years waiting for you guys. I told you to seal the fountain but you didn't listen and were about to watch me die, but that was when I stabbed my SOUL resetting everything around us to get us to this point.
