Change of Plans

Alice was watching Aaron and Emmett when she gasped as he vision clouded over. Edward looked at her as Jasmine wondered what was wrong. "Aunt Alice?"

"She killed Laurent." Irina says. "Because of that, I will kill her just so Jasper will know what I felt."

"That is a very bad idea. Jasper will kill you before you can apologize after you have realized what you have done...."

Edward grabbed his phone and called Jasper. He growled as he wasn't getting an answer. "Jasper, you need to get back to Alena because Irina is on her way to kill your wife."

"Edward?" He looked at Jasmine who was crying. "Mommy might die?"

"No, angel." He tells her.

"He'a right." Alice said. "The problem is. It's not her. She chases the nomad after he bit and turned Alena. She realized her mistake."

Alena smiled as she was by herself. Jasper went hunting causing her to start making a list. Her phone was on charged and Jasper had his. She heard a noise and started looking around. "Jasper?" She called out as she moved away from the counter.

Irina arrived, but smelt someone else than a scream. She ran in to see Alena screaming on the floor and saw a redhead causing her to chase after him. The nomad got away causing Irina to go back. "Alena, I'm so sorry. I was going to kill you, but realized what I was doing." She said crying as she touched her face. "It's going to be okay. I'll go find Jasper."

Alena cried in pain as she felt the venom grow through her veins. This wasn't what supposed to happen.

"Jasper!" Irina called out.

"Irina?"

"You need to get back to your wife. I'm so sorry. I was going to kill her till I heard her scream out." She confessed. "I ran after the nomad, but lost him."

Jasper looked at her. "Alena, is she..."

"In transition." She says. "I didn't move her to the bed because I know she needs you."

Jasper left as Irina went back to hunting the nomad down. She needed to make things right for Jasper and Alena.

Jasper arrived to find Alena laying in the floor with a bite mark on her shoulder. He went to her side and touched her face as his heart broke. "Baby, I shouldn't have left you alone." He says kissing her head. "Let's get you to the bed."

Irina arrived back as Jasper laid Alena in their room. "Jasper, I'll call the Cullens to come here." She tells him. "And then my family."

Jasper looked away from his wife and looked at her. "Please." He says. "My wife shouldn't be going through this and my daughter is needing us now."

Irina nodded as she went into the other room. Jasper kissed Alena's head with his heart breaking. "Darlin', I won't leave your side till you wake up. I can't lose you."

Hearing those words, Irina knew that she needs to find this nomad and kill him. Anything to make things right for Alena Hale and Jasper Hale. "Carlisle, it's Irina. A nomad came by....Alice already saw?" She sighed. "Jasper needs all of you here. Especially Jasmine." She smiled as they said they were on their way. "Okay. I'll call my family too."

Looking in the room that held Alena Hale, Irina smiled at the newly weds. Jasper laid beside Alena reading one of her favorite books to her. She couldn't wait to find love like that.
