Alena and Jasper were at the Swan residence playing with Jasmine. Bella arrived home and glared. "He shouldn't be here." Bella said as Alena and Jasper looked. Jasmine ran to Jasper's side. "Leave now Jasper. Just like the rest of your family,"
"Bella, you don't tell me what to do. I stayed here for my mate and daughter. I fought for what was my decision. Edward was the one who chose to leave not me." Jasper tell her.
"Bella, please, no more drama." Alena said. "I'm tired of it. Ever since you learnt Jasper stayed, you have done nothing but run your mouth. "Why didn't Edward stay?" Or "it's not right that Jasper stayed. Jasmine isn't even his." Jasper growled at hearing that.
"Jasmine is as much as mine as she is with her mother. She may not be biologically mine, but I will claim her." Jasper said. "Now if you excuse us, I'm taking my family out."
Later that day, Charlie heard from Alena what Bella has said and became upset. He hated that Bella was trying to run Alena's life. Jasper has more rights to being Jasmine's father than any one. She has a bond that can't be broken.
Jasper smiled as he saw Alena and Jasmine sound asleep. He hated what Bella said. Jasmine was his and always will be. He heard his phone ringing and saw it was Alice. "Hello."
"Jasper, I had a vision of Edward with his true mate."
"Who is she?" Jasper asked.
"Jasmine." Jasper froze.
"My daughter?" He asked. Alice hummed in agreement. "How?"
"I don't know, but he has always got upset when she never went to him. Edward knows and is on his way back. Alena may have known for a while, but didn't say nothing as she knows you are overprotective of Jasmine."
"She's my baby Alice." Jasper said. "I can't believe known for us saw it."
"I'm know, but at least we know she will be protected." Alice tells him.
"Thanks."
Alena walked in after he got off the phone. "What's wrong?"
"Alice saw Edward!s true mate."
"Jasmine?" He nodded. "Figured."
"How did you?" He asked as Alena wrapped her arms around his neck with a smile.
"The way Edward looked at Jasmine said it all, but thought I would say something about it." Jasper thought and nodded. "Now you see it."
"I'll be glad that she is safe."
"Same." Alena said as they turned to look at Jasmine to see Edward. They nodded at him as Edward nodded back as he laid beside Jasmine, who snuggled closely. Alena laid her head on Jasper's shoulder and smiled. "She's safe." Was all Alena said.
