Alena smiled as she saw her husband and daughter. "What happened?"
"A nomad turned you. Irina was going to, but she saw the person turn you." He explains. "She chased him, but no one doesn't know where he went."
Alena nodded as she looked at her daughter. "What now?"
"Edward is going to watch Jasmine as you and I will go hunting."
Alena nodded as she watched Edward take her daughter out of the room. Jasper took his wife's hand causing her to look at him and smile. This was her life now.

Alena stared at the dead deer as Jasper walked over to her. "Darlin?"
"I'm fine." She says. "It's just...why did this happen to me. I wanted you to turn me."
"I know, but I was too late." He says putting his arms around her. "Let's get you home and we can spend time with our daughter."
Alena smiled. "Deal." She says. "What happens now?"
That was the one question Jasper knew was coming because he was thinking the same thing. "I say we go on a family vacation."
"All of us?"
"Yes." He says kissing her. "All of us."
