Alena went to sleep with Jasmine in her arms. Jasper called the Cullens to tell them what Alena learned. "Hello." Carlisle said as he answered.
"I think you and the others need to come down. Alena had learned something tonight that is disturbing." Jasper tells them. "I know none of you want to hear it, but the truth needs to come out."
"What happened?" Aaron asked.
"Bella learned that I stayed behind for my mate and daughter. Than Alena told her that the reason why we left was because it was her fault." Jasper said. "I think Alena should tell you."
"We will be there soon Jasper." Carlisle said. Jasper hung his phone up and went to check up on his family and smiled. He walked to the bed and laid with the two as he closed his eyes to pretend he was asleep.
Five hours later a knock was heard making Jasper vamped to the door. He opened to see his family, including Edward. "Where's Alena?" He asked.
"Asleep." Jasper said. "Let me go get her." The Cullens walked into the nice apartment. They heard Alena and Jasper talking before the two walked in. "Tell them darlin."
"Bella figured out about Jasper staying behind. I told her that it was her fault for you leaving." Alena started out. "I just told her that she just had to get a paper cut knowing to ask for a paper opener or open it on the end, but she chose to do it that way. She never done that before than it made me realize the truth." Alena looked at Edward. "Remember when you told Bella about Jasper being new to the diet."
"Yes. Why?" He asked.
"When James attacked her and bit her, she thought that she would finally get what she wanted." Alena said.
"I sucked the venom out though." Edward said.
"I know." Alena tells him. "Think about it Edward. She has been hounding you into changing her." Edward thought about what happened till he realized it.
"She cut her finger on purpose." Edward said. The others sat in shock. Bella was using them. "This was a plan."
"The reason why she hated her birthday." Aaron said.
"Why she was curious from the beginning." Rosalie pointed out.
"She played us." Emmett said.
"I didn't see none of this." Alice said sadly. Alena hugged Alice.
"No one did." Alena said. "This is no one's fault, but Bella's. She just didn't know that Jasper could have fault the smell without him attacking. But his gift was what really got it." Esme was shocked and hugged her son.
"I'm sorry that our hunger made you lose control Jasper." Esme said.
"It's fine." He tells her. "Alena and Jasmine made me stronger." They all smiled at him.
"Daddy. Mommy." They heard Jasmine call out as she made her way to the living room to see the other Cullens. "Hi." She said smiling at each one of them. "Grandma! Grandpa!" Esme and Carlisle hugged Jasmine as they all talked and caught up. Even Edward, who wasn't hurt no more, but Alice saw his true mate.
