Chapter 7 - The Date

(Y/N)'s POV

For some reason, Hiro just took me outside the mall. I wonder what's his plan. I really wanted to know but I decided to shrugged the feeling and just find out myself since he told me it's a surprise after all. Anyway, when we got out of the mall, we were still running and the sky was getting dark. 'Woah...evening already? Maybe we spend to much time in the mall. Hehe', I thought and looked at my surroundings. Everywhere I go, I see different things and buildings along the way like the food stands, the cars roaming around San Fransokyo, robots, and etc. I smiled at the sight and suddenly Hiro slowed down. It seems that Hiro stopped running and I'm starting to pant for some reason. Hiro looked at me and asked, "You alright, (Y/N)?". I nodded in response and Hiro started to walk instead of running.

We've been traveling by foot for a while and suddenly Hiro stopped again. I realized we stopped by a park and this is the same park wherein my friends including Hiro hang out together. "Come on, (Y/N)! There's something I wanted to show you here", he said and pulled my arm. I giggled at his actions and we started walking again somewhere.
I looked at Hiro and thought, 'Hiro...what's your plan exactly? I can't wait to find out'. We've been walking for a while and suddenly I saw petals on the ground. I noticed and thought, 'Cherry blossoms?'. I look up to see a Sakura tree with a table and two chairs underneath and there's a swing loveseat attached to the Sakura tree. When I look at the sky, it was full of shiny stars twinkling above us. My eyes widened and I said, "Wow! This is beautiful, Hiro!". He turned to me and gave me a kiss on the cheek lovingly. We walked towards the cherry blossom tree and both of us sat down at the chairs. I smiled and suddenly Hiro brought out a basket from the ground. He placed it on the table and gently brought out food from the basket. It was my favourite pasta, Spaghetti and it was inside a plastic container to keep it sealed. Then, he brought out one big plate and two pairs of utensils then he placed it on the table as well. I smiled and asked, "So, this was your plan, Hiro?". He looked at me and answered, "Yup! Plan was to bring you here for our romantic dinner date by the beautiful Sakura tree". I giggled and looked at the cherry blossom tree. "Wow...so you prepared this?", I said and asked. He scratched the back of his neck and said, "Hehe. Well, I had some help with my friends". Hiro opened the pastic container and placed the Spaghetti in the big plate using his fork. I smiled and thought, 'We're gonna share the pasta? Wow, this kinda remind me of something from TV'. Afterwards, he placed the container back in the basket and he said, "Alright! Let's eat, shall we?". I nodded happily and prayed for our food. Then after praying, we said in unison, "Ikadakimasu!". I grabbed my fork and started to eat the pasta. I smiled and said, "This so good! Who cooked this, Hiro?". He looked at me and said, "Aunt Cass made it". I nodded and said, "Wow, Aunt Cass sure is a good cook. I'm really impressed". He chuckled and both of us continued eating the pasta.

While we are eating, we chatted on how beautiful the sight is, our food, Hiro's inventions, I also mentioned the recipes that I made a home and etc. Anyhow moments later, we are almost finish with the Spaghetti and suddenly I felt something odd in my noodle. I pulled my noodle using my mouth and it looks like it's stuck. 'That's odd', I thought and looked to see Hiro who is pulling his noodle as well. I tried slurping the noodle with strength and started eating. The noodle was long and I'm pretty close of eating it all. When I was about to reach the end, Hiro was right in front of me and our lips are touching. Hiro smiled and brought his lips into mine. I smiled and returned the kiss. He let go and the noodle was already eaten. I blushed and said, "Wow. Hehehe". He blushed as well and said, "Looks like we already finished the pasta". I nodded in agreement and said, "Now that we are finished eating. What now?". Hiro just smiled and stood up from his chair. He gave me a hand and said, "Follow me". I smiled back and stood up from my chair then I took Hiro's warm hand. He took me to the loveseat swing and both of us sat down. I giggled and saw the view of the sky. "This is amazing! The sky is beautiful when it's night", I said in awe. "Just like you, (Y/N)", he said lovingly. I turned to him and smiled softly. He brought his lips into mine and I smiled. I wrapped my arms around his neck while his right arm is wrapped around my waist and his left arm is stroking my hair. We let go and he said, "I love you so much, (Y/N). I will never let you go". I smiled and said, "I love you 'very' much, Hiro". He giggled and we kissed again under the cheery tree.
