Lauryn's POV
"Why do we need to come back here?" Nick asks bluntly.
"I'm guessing because of that." I nod my head up at the large black cloud above us. "It must have come from the Crystal Empire."
"Wow, no durrr Lauryn." Keara says sarcastically. I stick my tongue out at her playfully.
"Shut up."
"Why don't you shut up?" Skelly seethes at me. Her normally blue eyes flash a deep crimson.
Well shit.
"You guys finally made it! We desperately need your help." Twilight pleads. "I'm pretty sure you know what with." She looks back at her five friends, who all wear a hard frown and a demeaning glare.
"Yep. Pretty sure it happened with the four too." I say, pushing Skelly forward as other do to Blue, Ashey, and Qber.
"I don't know what it is! They disappeared in a red smoke, and then returned suddenly like this." Twilight excalims, pacing.
"We know. But... how?"

"This..." Twilight sighs, then pulls the white sheet off of the strange device. "I never thought I'd have to use this again."
"What is it?" I ask.
"Something that should revert our friends back." She says. "Bring them up."
We push all nine of the harsh versions of our friends up. I could probably think of a better description, but I'm too lazy.
"Stop pushing me around!" Blue yells at me.
"We have to." I say simply.
Ashey scoffs at me. "As if."
"We have to be quick about this. It's a very sketchy machine, and if we don't do it right it could kill them as well as us." Twilight says.
Really? This again? Why did we even agree to this?!
Skillets sighs. "Fine."
Twilight pushes open the door of the machine, and the nine walk in. Surprisingly, they're all smiling, but giving off a strange evil aura.
"Keep the door closed!" Twilight shouts, then presses some buttons. We all press our weight against the door as the ponies inside try to smash it down.
"LET US OUT!"
"YOU'LL REGRET THIS!"
"IF WE DON'T GET TO, HE WILL!"
What?!
I stumble back, surprised at what I heard. The loss of support against the door makes it tumble open, because most of us jumped back.
"No! You've ruined it!" Twilight shouts.
Inside the machine, all nine of them step out in a line, their eyes red.
"Maybe we do get to." They say in unison, they're smirks evil and twisted.
Suddenly, a silvery violet portal opens and begins to suck us into it.
"This is all your fault!" Twilight screams at us.
Just then, all my vision turns black as I feel myself drifting into nothingness.
