Hope POV

The dust caked up in my eyes, the blood all over the place and the cries of the night. Here I was. Sitting in a piles of bodies drained from blood.

I had found Josie, she was shivering from the cold, which I didn't understand since she was a vampire now.

Josie body was covered in blood to, expect it wasn't her blood. It was all the blood and lives of people she had killed.

We killed them together. I know I promised Lizzie that I would get Josie back but turns out. She convinced me to have fun. Until last night, last night she had drained the life out of this poor girl, before the body dropped to the floor the girl screamed out

"MY DAUGHTER please protect her"

And it was that very thing that made Josie switch her humanity back on. She was now her normal self. No dark magic, just the normal her and with her humanity on.

"I- I- I did this?" Josie asked

"And you loved every taste of them" I say with a smirk

Her eyes shed a tear. Josie had looked at me and this time I could see fear, not fear towards me but fear for herself.

Lizzie POV

1 week ago.

"Hope has been gone for a long time and we can't hide her nor can we find Josie" I say

"Well we can always try another locator spell" Mg says

"We can't. We can't sit here and do nothing. We have to at least try and go and help them." I say

"Well good luck on that, but I do have news" Kaleb says as he entered the library

"What's up?" Mg asked

"We haven't been seeing any bodies because they have been very careful with their bodies and they have been burying them" Kaleb says

"Them? What do you mean them? Hope is suppose to help Josie not go on a killing game with her" I say

"You ever thought maybe the they wasn't Josie and Hope, but what if Josie has a partner and crime?" Mg asked

"Well then we need to get out there fast" I say

Hope POV

I have been looking all over for Josie and I have finally found her, sitting in a bar in New Orleans. But why here? Out of all the places she comes here.

I walked into the bar and say her sipping a drink and all the bodies in there were either drained her they were just dead.

"Josie. What's going on ?" I asked

"We have been expecting you sweetheart" she syas

"Who's we?" I asked

"Me and my little friend, but don't get jealous. There's a lot of me to go around" she says

"Josie just let me help you" I say

"Help me with what? I'm fine hope. Just relax maybe drink a little" she says

"I can't drink knowing my girlfriend is going on a spiral and killing the innocent" I say

"Who says they are innocent, and besides I never knew when we made things official. Not that I'm complaining my love" she says

"You are more different. What did you do?" I asked

"I did a little something that will be good for me" she says

"Josie! Im going to ask you one more time. What did you do?" I asked

"You see that light over there?" She asked

"What does that has anything to do with what I'm asking?" I asked

"Me and the light has many things in common, it's bright, I'm bright, the switch is off, so is mines" she says

"No. No you didn't" I say

"Oh yes I did" she says

"Why?" I asked

"Because as long as I had it on, you were able to control me with your sire bond, so I did some digging of my own, and I found out the only way for you to not be able to control me is if I turned it off, but that didn't turn out great for dark jo" she says

"What do you mean?" I asked

"Well, once the dark part of me decided to turn it off, it's impossible to have all that dark magic in you especially when you turn your humanity off so it turned me back into my regular old boring self, and now I'm here in New Orleans looking for a way to be able to use dark magic to my limits. Aunt freya had some of your godmothers old dark magic weapons right?" She asked with a smirk

"Josie, even if I knew where it was at, I wouldn't tell you" I say

"Ahh, see that's where we go wrong. If you want a healthy relationship, we must build it off of honesty, and that wasn't honest hopey" she says

"I swear I don't know where it is at" I say

"But you do know where Camille use to live right?" She asked

I didn't say anything.

"Ahh, see. Now we are getting somewhere" she says

"Josie I know the are in there and all I'm asking is please come back to me" I say

"You guys are so annoying with your 'oh Josie please come back' it's like an emotional roller coaster with you guys and I'm sorry- wait.. I'm not but you guys need to get over the fact that the Josie you knew and loved is never coming back, so you kinda well accept me for who I am" she says

"See, unlike finch, I know you and I know that this is all how you feel , this is how you really feel you just never say it because your emotions are trying to make you do go. This is all apart of you and trust and believe that I love you for who you are" I say

"This sounds like a boring old 'dad I'm gay- please don't kick me out the house' speech that i clearly don't care about " she says

"All im asking is for you to turn it back on" I say

Lizzie POV

I decided that I'm going to go out there and find them both, I know hope has some blood here and I clearly didn't think this out but I can siphon the magic off of Hope and do a locator spell to find her and then bring them both back to the school. I know it's going to be a lot and take everything in me but what I will say is that I have no choice but to try and be the hero because my dad and mom have no idea what they are doing and they are just sitting around like 2 old people waiting for newspaper to be delivered to their house by some dumb ass little kid.

"Where are you going?" Mg asked

"I'm going to my room" I say

"That's awesome, you can finally get some sleep. I haven't seen you in there for days" he says

"I'm going in there to get a few things and then I'm leaving. Now you can try to stop me, or you can come with me but either way I'm going" I say

He sighed and looked at me with sympathy in his eyes.

"I'm going with you, only because I want you to be safe" he says

Hope POV

"I'll make you a deal" josie says

"And what may this deal be?" I asked

"If you agree to do something, I will turn on my humanity on in about a week or 2" she says

"What do I have to do?" I asked

"Well that's quite simple, it's a easy task but I don't know if you could get the job done" she smirked

"Just get it over with and say it josette" I say

"Josette? So formal. Anyways, turn off your humanity, and we can ride in the sunsets for a week or so, and then I will turn mines on and then, both you and I know that I can turn yours on so, it's quite the win win" she says with a smirk playing upon her lips
