"Ruby, you are not getting the point. . I know I should have gotten married after telling you, but believe me, I had no choice. I couldn't refuse under any circumstances." Huzaifa again tried to convince Ruby. But Ruby wasn't ready to believe anything he said.

"There were ways Huzaifa! If you wanted, you could have found anyone for your cousin, why did you need to marry her yourself!"

"She is my cousin, My best friend. How could I leave her to anyone...?!" Huzaifa felt displeased and angry by Ruby's idea of marrying Moomal to anyone. Which he expressed without hesitation.

"Okay then... now everything is fine for your cousin, isn't it? So you two be happy. Leave me alone...!" Now Ruby's tone was furious. After saying that, she got up to leave.

"Wait, Ruby!" Huzaifa suddenly grabbed her wrist and stopped her from leaving.

"Leave my hand...!" Ruby wanted to free her hand from him. But Huzaifa grabbed her wrist tightly and got up from his chair and stood near her.

"No... I will not let you go anywhere unless you believe me. Believe me, Ruby, I have not deceived you." Huzaifa said in a strong tone, looking in her emotionless eyes.

She was well aware of his stubborn nature, she knew that Huzaifa like her, but does he love her? she was not very sure about it.

Seeing Ruby silent, Huzaifa once again softens his tone. "Ruby, I only love you. There's nothing between Moomal and me. We're just good friends. Nothing else"

"Then prove it, Huzaifa..." Ruby said sternly.

Huzaifa did not understand what that meant. "What do you want me to prove...? " he asked.

"Prove that there is no relationship between you and your cousin." Huzaifa still did not understand what evidence she wanted.

On the next day of his marriage, he is standing in front of her confessing his love for her. Isn't this proof enough...?
