Early this morning, while he was busy with work in the office, Mueez Sahib had no idea he would receive news today that would destroy his home and shatter his trust in his own blood.
The telephone on his desk rang as he was flipping through an important file. He picked up the phone, and his secretary informed him that Pakistan's famous actress, Ruby Ahmed, wanted to speak with him. Mueez Sahib asked her to send the actress away, but soon another voice came from the other end of the line.
"I want to talk to you about Huzaifa, Father-in-law."

"Tell your mother that you have married this girl!" Mueez Sahib said angrily, moving towards him again. This time, Sughra Begum stopped him. Shocked by her husband's anger, she still did not want him to shout at their only son.
"Mueez, what are you doing?" Sughra Begum shouted angrily. "First, control your anger and ask him the truth. Did he really marry her or not? I'm sure that girl is accusing him falsely. How could you trust an outsider instead of your own blood?" After saying this, she turned to Huzaifa. "Tell your father. Tell him it's not true. You have nothing to do with that girl; she's just a friend from your working hours. I know you couldn't do such a thing; I believe you." The confidence in Sughra Begum's voice embarrassed Huzaifa and filled his heart with despair.
He wanted to deny it to protect himself, but how could he? He could see in his father's eyes that he wouldn't accept his lie, as he already knew the truth.
What Huzaifa was feeling was evident on his face, causing the hearts of everyone present to tremble as they awaited his answer.
"Amma, it's all true... Ruby is my wife." The truth they all feared was now in front of them, and each word he uttered shattered everyone's hopes and strong belief in him in an instant.
The hand that had been holding Huzaifa's arm firmly fell lifelessly. Unconsciously, she took a step back, trying to protect herself from this harsh reality, shaking her head in denial.
She had known that one day Huzaifa would marry Ruby, but now that this day had come, it felt as if Huzaifa had stabbed her heart with his own hand.
"What are you saying? She's your wife?" Sughra Begum said, her voice trembling. She couldn't believe her ears and suddenly felt dizzy. Neither Mueez Sahib nor Huzaifa said anything to comfort her burning heart.
Her son? How could he do this? How could he remarry?
"Do you have any idea what you've done?!" Mueez Sahib gritted his teeth.
"I was so proud in front of my father when he chose you to marry Moomal, but you have cruelly crushed our trust under your feet! Did you even think about our feelings? How would we feel after your decision to marry that girl?"
Zareena Begum was in shock, unable to believe what she was hearing. Sughra Begum shed silent tears, wanting to defend Huzaifa but feeling her heart torn apart by his actions.
And the person they were all worried about, upon hearing her name, raised her eyes to look at Huzaifa's bowed head. He was in so much pain, his eyes lowered in shame before his father.
Even in this situation, she worried about him, remembering her promise to Huzaifa.
No matter what, she had to defend his actions.
"Uncle..." She wanted to say something, but the pain of the truth she was about to reveal tightened her chest.
Everyone looked at her. But before she could speak, Huzaifa, seeing her intention, spoke first.
"She had been my girlfriend for the last three years, but I never mentioned her because I knew you would never accept our relationship because she's an actress."
