The four walked through the ever so familiar forest on their way to the strange old guy. "How do you know where we're going?" Chris asked Evan who was leading the group. "I dunno. Just do, I guess." Chris nodded and they kept on the trudge. By the time they had arrived at the tower, the sun was starting to set. The tower itself wasn't anything too special. It was made of cobblestone and was very mossy. It had ivy growing on the side and was round. "Hmm," Dakota mumbled, "This looks like we're about to get into another fight. My back still hurts from the last one." "You too, man, mine's killing me!" Chris responded. "Right!" Dakota laughed and Chris joined in. The two stopped laughing after a few seconds. "You guys good?" Evan asked. "Yep, let's get this over with." Dakota responded. Evan led the way up the stairs and the other three followed closely behind. Everyone had their weapons ready for whatever was about to happen. They got up the stairs and found themselves in what looked to be a workshop. Dean and Evan looked around the place to make sure it wasnt boobytrapped, while Dakota and Chris went over to a workbench.  "Wow, this guy is a collector." Dakota exclaimed. "Yeah tell me about-" Chris' sentence was cut short as a warning showed up on his helmet. 'Life form approaching.' Chris clutched his sword and rushed with Dakota over to Evan. Evan was already ready. He pushed them into a small closet with a curtain covering the entrance of it. "Ahh you came!" The three heard a voice moments later. "Yep. You needed something?" They heard Evan respond. "Ah yes, there is a particular young man that has a very strong hatred against you and your buddies." The man told Evan, "And if I'm being honest, I do too. You see, I see you as nothing more than competition, but this boy, he sees your friends as compensation. So I'll strike you a deal, you give up your power to me, so I can be the absolute strongest, and you and your friends may live." Chris could tell the man had a villain's grin on his face as he said that, but all they heard from Evan was a worn out sigh. "Listen man, that was a very well thought out speech, but it's not going to happen, we both know this. I do have to say though, I kind of respect how confident you are though." The man said nothing back, instead the closet they were in started to feel hotter. All of a sudden Deal screamed and ran out of the closet, and Chris' helmet lit up red. The next thing Chris knew, he was on the ground with that kid from the village pushing down on his sword. "Finally, this time, I will make you pay." The guy said. Chris pushed him off, "I don't even know who you are." The man looked at him and started to fume, literally. Smoke was coming out of his ears and nose. He slashed at Chris, who swiftly dodged with a hop back, until he was swept off his feet and violently thrown through the wall of the tower landing on the grass outside. Chris got up with the wind knocked out of him. He had no time to rest as the guy was sprinting at him. Chris threw his sword hitting him in the head, then running up, and with both his feet kicking him to the ground. Chris poorly landed, but was back on the ground with his sword again. The guy got up from the hit, in a daze and Chris ran back at him and swung, but the guy got the jump and got a clean hit on Chris in the stomach. Chris was flung back and was back on the ground. Chris got back up and saw some sparks shoot out from the tower, along with Evan and the wizard guy fighting in the sky which was changing to a vibrant orange from the two of them. Chris looked back at the guy who was right in front of him, he swung, but Chris was already in the process of dodging and swinging. He hit the guy causing one of his horns to be sliced clean off. The man was stunned and felt the spot where his horn used to be. He looked at Chris with a fiery hatred, "Retreat!" The man yelled. All of a sudden there was a blast and a man went flying from the castle as another ran out the entrance with Dakota shooting an arrow at him making contact with his foot. The strange group ran off. "Should we go after them?" Dakota shouted to Chris. Chris looked up at him, "There's really no need, we'll probably see them again." Dakota nodded and the sky changed colors again. Chris looked up and the man Evan was fighting was shooting down towards him. He hit the ground and made something of a boulder and Evan landed next to him. The man opened his mouth and spoke very softly, "I've been training… to become a god… but little did I know… that I would have had… never made it… because you… young man… are already one…" The man looked at Evan with a look of disappointment, turned his head facing the sky and was still. "Everytime, every single time." Evan said without missing a beat. "Now what-" Evan's sentence was cut short as he suddenly disappeared leaving the three alone in the forest.
