"I'll take this, that, that and that," Y/N pointed out different jewelries which she thinks would look good on her friends, "oh, and that one too!"

"Aren't you spending too much?" Akeisha commented while looking at herself in the mirror to see if the necklace she chose would go well with her outfit for tomorrow

"That's okay, I have extra savings on my account because of my side hustle anyway. Plus, I let Rindou pay me for giving him back massages whenever he's tired from work," Y/N smirked while Akeisha gave her a weird look

"Isn't that a wifey duty or something?"

"Well if he wants someone to massage him for free, he should have hired a personal masseuse and not a fiancée. I ain't gonna be a trophy wife for him," Y/N answered

Akeisha smiled while shaking her head. Y/N worked hard for the job she has now, for the extra bills stored in her bank, for the luxurious things she owns in her closet and Akeisha wants to aim for that too, but she still doesn't know what she should do with her life

First thing's first, go back to France of course, she thought. Her future is in there, not here in Japan.

Akeisha already has a dress and heels to pair it with for tomorrow's event, the grand Kokonoi Hajime's birthday. The birthday celebrant thinks it's only a fancy dinner for him and Akeisha, little did he know Bonten decided to surprise him since he always keeps things convenient for other members, even beyond financial aspects.

Y/N shopped for some things for her other friends, and even for Akeisha. Whatever Akeisha wants, she immediately buys it for her that's why she sometimes won't eye the things she finds interesting anymore so that Y/N won't splurge so much.

"Ah, we'll do another shopping before my wedding with the girls, okay!" Y/N grinned and saw Kakucho, "Kaku-san! I thought Ran's picking me up today?"

"Hi Y/N, hi Akeisha," Kakucho greeted with a smile, "unfortunately, Ran, Rindou and Sanzu has been assigned somewhere."

Y/N scrolled her phone and saw that Rindou texted her two hours ago, "oh, I guess I got too busy with buying things."

"Yeah, Rindou did warn me," Kakucho chuckled as they walked, "he told me to look for you manually and sent me a list of shops since you don't check your phone whenever you're out shopping."

Akeisha just listened to them, hoping she would live that kind of life too. She is happy for her cousin, very, but sometimes she can't help but wish she has what Y/N has. The stability in life, a man who really loves her. She's even so happy that she somehow got accepted in Y/N's circle because her friends are really for keeps.

Speaking of which, she saw Seishu approaching them. Y/N waved at him while Kakucho gave him a nod as a sign of acknowledgement.

"Hey, what are you guys doing here? Last minute shopping for tomorrow?" he guessed as he glanced at the paper bags Kakucho is carrying
