The Hero of the Skies and the Hero of Twilight had no reason to hate each other.... At least, as far as they knew, they had no reason to. They didn't really love each other either, they were brothers in arms, but they didn't exactly agree on everything. Sky thought that all darkness was bad, Twilight was always going on about how "Dark and Light are two sides of the same coin" What was a coin? None body had any idea. But no one dared to question the hero, seeing that he literally was, as Wind said "As strong as Captain America!" Who was Captain America? They had no idea. All they knew was that Twilight was really strong, and Sky was the best at Sword Fighting. So if they got into a fight, it wouldn't end very well. But that couldn't happen, right.

Obviously they were wrong. The Hero of Time had left for five minutes to collect fire wood, FIVE MINUTES! And here he thought he could trust the eight other heroes to behave. Though as soon as he returned, he heard yelling coming from where they had set up camp. His first thought was that they had been attacked, and he rushed to see if he could help, and if everything was okay. What he found, was not what he expected. Twilight and Sky were circling each other, both of them had a black eye, and Sky had a broken nose, but neither backed down. "Go back to the Dark Realm where you belong Twilight skum" he growled. "Goddesses Pet!" roared Twilight. Sky went for him, throwing the taller hero into a tree. "At least I don't work for the dark ones... At least I don't fall in love with the princess of darkness!" he cried. "DON'T BRING MIDNA INTO THIS!" he yelled, pinning the Chosen Hero to another tree.

"HERO OF THE SKY! HERO OF TWILIGHT!" yelled Time, dropping the bundle of woods as Wind ran up to him, not even having to say anything to him. Neither stopped fighting, and throwing insults back and forth. So he grabbed them both by the scruff of their shirts, and dragged them away from each other, throwing Sky towards Warriors, who easily held the hero back. "What were you two thinking?! I expect this from Warriors and Legend. But you two, what in the goddesses names are you two thinking!" he yelled, Twilight didn't even flinch. "That... that... IDIOT thinks that he can disrespect the people of the Twilight realm!" he yelled at Sky, trying to escape Time's grasp. "And that betrayer isn't even really a hero! He works for the dark ones!" Sky declared. "The Twilight are not the dark ones you idiot!" Twilight yelled back. Time looked at the others. "We were just talking about our adventures, and they started to attack each other, we tried to stop them...." said Wind innocently. "Keep them away from each other. If you two start fighting again, I will knock you both unconscious" he growled. They both huffed, and no one spoke for the rest of the night.

----------------------------------

He was surrounded by nightmares. Pictures of people he knew. Of people he wished he knew. Of people who were gone, and lost because of him. Where was he? He didn't know. Everything was dark and light and colorful and colorless. It scared him. Everything scared him. "Link?" asked a voice. He didn't turn from where he was standing, even as a hand touched his shoulder. "Link, please, look at me" she touched his other shoulder, shaking him. "Link... Link!" The voice turned evil, torturous to listen to. "You're.... you're not Zelda... please.... stop!" he screamed at her. But she whispered in his ear, her voice back to normal. "Don't you want to see me Link? Please... look at me Link, I need you, please" he spun around, pulling out his sword. It went straight through her chest, and his childhood friend fell to the floor, blood splattering around her. "No... NO!" he yelled, dropped beside her. "No, please, please Zelda...." he begged. But her corpse had already disappeared, and he was alone again, holding a bloody sword in his hands.

A little boy screamed at the sight. "YOU KILLED HER!" he yelled, backing away. Sky turned to him, to a find a little blonde haired boy with a green tunic on, backing away from him. "No... Masks..." he said. Who was Masks? "Brother" said Masks. All signs of fear and depression gone. "Little brother" he called, dropping the sword, and picking Masks up in his arms. "I missed you" Masks mumbled into his tunic. "I missed you to, and promise, I won't ever leave you again...." Masks jumped down from his arms. "Dad wants to see you" Sky sucked in a breath. "No" he answered. Masks started to cry. "But he said that he'd take it out on me if you didn't come!" he insisted, letting out a sob of fear. Sky felt terrible. He knew his fathers wrath. "When?" he asked.

"You'll see big brother.... and be weary. Our cousin knows, and he isn't happy with you right now...." Then he was gone, and Sky woke up.
